The food was good even tho I had to wait a extra 10 minutes for my food to be brought out to menu family dinner came out before mines I was eating last so I just boxed up nd left

I would like to applaud Ioannis for his helpfulness yesterday. He is a true example of an employee that tries to go the extra mile for patrons. However, I would like to give an F to the hostesses working on the same shift at 5pm. They need training on this thing called hospitality. We got there and requested a booth. We were told we would have to wait approximately 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we were escorted to be seated and they tried to give us a table. We stated again that we wanted a booth and we saw one that was available but needed cleaning. Ioannis was kind enough to try to go clean the table and was quickly told by the hostesses that he could not do that. Then they proceeded to inform us that we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes. We asked to speak with a manager that ultimately had the same booth we inquired about cleaned for us to sit down. We wanted to acknowledge the kindness Ioannis displayed A++++ for him and because of him we would return. Other than that debacle in the beginning the food was good.

We were there for a luncheon after a funeral. They knew we were coming since this was a reservation, but when 2 servers called out 1 server was left by himself. The management should’ve stepped in to help, but they did very little and the management looked absolutely miserable that we were there. Retrain or quit.

The food was so bad that I didn’t even bother taking pictures. The soup was way too salty, and the pasta was overly sour—I had to add so much extra salt just to make it edible. The server was really nice and took great care of us, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for how disappointing the food was. :(

Enjoyed dinner only problem was it was very chilly where we were sitting.
Several other tables asked to be moved on how cold it was. Felt sorry for the waitress who lost a couple of larger party tables

This is not ran by Italian hospitality that’s a fact. This location lacks quality. Lacks that special aspect that sets the service aside from other restaurants. Bartenders are rude and unprofessional. Always arguing or complaining about coverage for shifts. Customers shouldn’t feel like it’s an inconvenience to be present because of staffing issues. Every order pickup I ever ordered from this location had issues from items missing whether it be a straw or the steak sauce I asked for. They don’t read the comments. And they sure don’t do a quality check before meals exit the doors. This is all a direct reflection of poor management. Get rid of this management team that is tarnishing the italian kitchen’s reputation. We would not serve dinner without a straw, and silverware every time you eat with us. We care about our reputation for service. This is not service here. These are overworked people. This is burnout caused by poorly ran management teams. Do better.

Rude waitress, i asked for something that never came until our dinner was almost finished. The vibe she brings ruined my appetite. The manager was nice by asking around tables how's the food was, they should've put a friendly face to deal with customers.

Great food, clean location, remarkable service and affordable, it's an awesome dine experience for families with super generous portions , plenty of parking I went in the weekend I had fast 10 min waiting, 100% guarantee you will get super full.

At bar took forever to take my order and then they gave my food to someone else. Service awful

A very salty salad was served. Wait time was a bit too long. Since the place does not have a diverse workforce, one of the Hispanic employees gave me a look that was not pleasant at all like "you should have not been there"

Sunday the 12th, after our church service at 8:40 pm, 10 people went to dinner. When we got there, the waiter didn't care at all about serving us. He just said that there were no tables available. We asked if we could sit at different tables, but it didn't have to be just one table. He looked very unhappy and just said that there were no tables available. In fact, there were several tables available. What they apparently didn't have were enough waiters to serve 10 people at once. After we insisted on being served, they called the manager, who I believe solved the "problem" in 2 seconds. We were served, but the receptionist made me very uncomfortable with the situation. We practically had to beg to be served.

We come here once per month minimum, coming to this one because it's the most convenient location for us.

I have not yet received service up to OGs standards. We kind of come here as a joke to see what they will mess up this visit. It's a fun little tradition.

It's good. It's Olive Garden. Big fan of the Tour of Italy, and my kids love the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks.
