Thoroughly annoyed once again. The ordering was rushed just for the cashier to give me the wrong rice. Every time I go I have to wait, I thought it would eventually improve but hasn’t. I asked for fried rice and this is what I received. I can make my own white rice at home.
Half a lunch ruined because I only discovered it after settling back in the office to eat. Disappointing and will most likely be my last visit for a long while if ever.

Very clean and neat. The staff was too fast and nice. They were respectful. However the rice lookes like it was made hours before because it was sticky. But I would give a 10/10 on every other aspect.

It's been a while since I've eaten at this Panda restaurant. I think everything has changed: the service, the food, and the facilities. The employee who served me didn't let me look at the sides properly; I didn't even see them. She was rushing me. I asked her to put less rice on my order, even though I was paying the same, and she ignored me and looked angry. The rice was raw, not cooked properly, and the vegetables were extremely tough. The meat, which was orange chicken, was tough and burnt; it was just the breading, with no meat inside. In short, the quality is very poor. The place to eat was dirty. I don't like to give bad reviews, but you work hard for your money, and you shouldn't waste it like this. I think they need to improve the quality and freshness of the food and provide better training for the employees.

Panda Express has the same challenge facing Chinese buffets everywhere. The food may be great when it emerges freshly cooked from the kitchen, but it quickly gets overcooked, loses texture and taste as it lingers in the buffet line. I was disappointed with my meal.

This Panda Express location is generally okay. The food is typically fresh and prepared promptly. However, the portion sizes are inconsistent. While some portions are larger than expected, others are smaller than the standard scoop. Therefore, it is advisable to purchase food in person, as the portions may be smaller when ordered ahead from personal experience. I generally order the bigger plate with fried rice and two serving of grilled chicken and one orange chicken.

I saw the bad reviews but wanted to give it a see for myself. Well I arrived at the place and no one was in the kitchen either infrint to serve. I was really alone waiting to be tent to. 5 mnts later all the guys rush over from the back office. They was maybe playing bingo or making a tiktk video. The food was old and they were hardly options to choose from. 0000000 STARS FOR SURE. WORSE 17 BUCKS SPENT ON FOOD THIS YEAR. OTHER PANDA LOCATIONS IS BETTER. THIS LOCATION NEEDS AN ENTIRE NEW TEAM

This place is disgraceful. Never clean. Always late with orders. No one answers at the drive thru. It’s nothing but young people behind the counter that clearly don’t know how to work. Expect to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for a bowl.

Manager at this location needs to talk to their employees about meeting minimal customer service expectations. The people who work at this location are utterly rude and move at the pace of a turtle. If you want to try out Panda Express do yourself a favor and skip this location. It’s not worth feeling disrespected for some middle of the road Chinese food
