Panda Express has the same challenge facing Chinese buffets everywhere. The food may be great when it emerges freshly cooked from the kitchen, but it quickly gets overcooked, loses texture and taste as it lingers in the buffet line. I was disappointed with my meal.
This Panda Express location is generally okay. The food is typically fresh and prepared promptly. However, the portion sizes are inconsistent. While some portions are larger than expected, others are smaller than the standard scoop. Therefore, it is advisable to purchase food in person, as the portions may be smaller when ordered ahead from personal experience. I generally order the bigger plate with fried rice and two serving of grilled chicken and one orange chicken.
Customer service was dynamite employees are on point courteous and kind and very friendly maybe happy to eat there thankful for that and these times of lack of customer service in the world
