I'll post some pictures. The bottom line, for 17 dollars, this should have been twice as good. The bowls they serve are purposely made small. Then, to fill it half way, is just sad. It looks like a cats lunch on a cold tin roof. My sandwich claimed to be on the hot part of the menu. It wasn't hot. I watched two other customers with the same problem. These types of casual, non upscale establishments, with lofty prices for 1 $ pasta, have to do a better job. One worker toasts some bread , while another puts on mayo, finally, a 3rd person touches the same plate. It's just wrong on so many levels. This all started with the need to pay everyone hourly and only 1 person salary. We need to start taking care of all humans. Until then, we will all be left out in the cold.

Quick & easy for my morning coffee stop on Sip Club. Have had a nice time getting to know the staff as well.

I placed a catering order and only 32 min before the time they supposed to be delivering, was when they called me to say that they were short staffed and couldn’t complete me order
It’s a total and complete lack of respect! What should I do in so short notice?! Even their corporate customer service tried to help like reaching out other of their restaurants in the area, as catering service selects the restaurant automatically when you place the order.

These three items are my favorites.
① There are private room-like seats, so it's easy to work at home (reading, studying, writing letters, etc.) and you won't have to worry about staying too long. Also, you can conveniently use the wireless internet if you bring your PC with you inside the store.
② There are plenty of light snacks such as freshly baked bread, scones, and pies. The types of cakes are rotated by time and day, and in addition to eating in the store, you can also take them home.
③The coffee size is M and L and the price is different, but no matter which size you choose, you can have all-you-can-drink coffee (various types).
is.

Not sure the customer service could get much worse. Kiosk is impossibly not user friendly, 5 parties waiting to order with live person and another employee is standing doing nothing. Why do I think each time will be better?
