11/28/24 I went to this location and as I stood there to wait for my order, I observed this place is filthy. I saw boxes were everywhere and next to the food prep stations and the floor was dirty. The place is very unorganized. To make worse, they left front door propped open which invites unwanted pests in.

Respectful and very helpful young man walked the pretzels to my car.
So I go here a lot and the staff is awesome! They run around like little machines! BUT I know they are supposed to wear rubber gloves handling the food and the ONLY 2 employees NOT wearing them were the boys making the pretzels! Meanwhile I literally watched the one boy pull his phone out of his pocket and touching all over the screen of his cellphone and right back to folding pretzels! ? Hope management gets stricter on the gloves! That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Very disappointed in this place! I come in to buy one or two pretzels and they’re never ready, I have to stand there and wait 10-15 mins for a couple pretzels. They’re NEVER open on time, the pretzels are getting smaller and smaller! There’s always different people working in there, you don’t know who’s in charge, the pretzels sizes are NOT a consistent. The pretzels just taste ok, other times they taste horrible and they’re alway different sizes. If you want good quality pretzels do not go there in Cherry Hill rt 70. I found another factory to go to! You’ve been warned
