Never had I such a disrespectful experience as a customer in my life. Came in to store and asked for 2 dozen pretzels, guy looked at me like I’m from another planet , didn’t say a word just kept looking at me, I repeated my ask. Instead of offering a solution or even bothering to explain that they don’t have such a big order capacity, the guy kept staring at me when eventually he said “what can I get you”. Never I will set my foot in Philly Pretzel Factory again

11/28/24 I went to this location and as I stood there to wait for my order, I observed this place is filthy. I saw boxes were everywhere and next to the food prep stations and the floor was dirty. The place is very unorganized. To make worse, they left front door propped open which invites unwanted pests in.

So I go here a lot and the staff is awesome! They run around like little machines! BUT I know they are supposed to wear rubber gloves handling the food and the ONLY 2 employees NOT wearing them were the boys making the pretzels! Meanwhile I literally watched the one boy pull his phone out of his pocket and touching all over the screen of his cellphone and right back to folding pretzels! ? Hope management gets stricter on the gloves! That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
