I ordered and they delivered to wrong address and tried to contract driver and no answer and no way to contact store! Just a customer service number that says to go to a feedback website. They basically stole $25 bucks!

Rara (I hope I’m spelling that right!) is the best employee I’ve been helped by in all the 5+ locations I’ve been to by now! She was great and made the best pizza from this chain that I’ve had so far :) the man that I paid with was super nice too!

I love the pizza and as someone with a dairy allergy, I love their vegan options HOWEVER, they claim that their location closes at 10pm but there have been multiple times that I have arrived between 9:15-9:30 and they are already closed. Their doors are locked, lights out, chairs turned over on the tables. This is pretty inconvenient since I typically work until 9pm and looking for dinner at that time. If the business hours state that they close at 10pm, why are they closing so early. And this has happened to me on different days of the week

Our order was canceled for some reason(new app so there were some hiccups) and we didn't notice until we arrived at the store. The staff was incredibly nice and was able to fix the problem. They were able to make the pizza quick so we weren't waiting. Pizza was also delicious! They have toppings that many places do not such as pickles and spicy chickpea(my favorite) Will definitely come back again.

The Dirty Birdless is now a new favorite! My flatbread was absolutely loaded with toppings and was cooked to perfecton.We are it so fast, there was no time for pictures.

Vegetarian options: They have clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options.

Dietary restrictions: The staff is very attentive to dietary needs. I appreciated the fact that there was a glove change between making a regular pizza and then the one that accommodated for some food allergies.

Parking: Plenty of available parking.

I ordered a pineapple pizza from DoorDash without any kind of meat. The one that arrived was with pork. I am Muslim and I cannot eat pork. I'm not happy with what arrived

I orded 4 pizzas from here and one was so burnt it was literally BLACK. 2 were half cooked. The dough was so raw I threw the whole order out and just went to my local pizza shop.

Not fully vegan but there vegan options are really good. The garlic knots come with the vegan cheese and sausage in it. Super yummy and cute inside, definitely recommend.

Much like other restaurants like Chipotle, Moe's, Mod Pizza, etc., you walk along the glass and choose the toppings as they build a pizza for you. Choose your sauce; white or red, then your cheese(s) and toppings. They throw it together and it's fresh, hot and ready in about 8-10 minutes. There are also some additional topping choices AFTER it comes out of the oven like olives, hot peppers, Parmigiano cheese, etc. The best thing about &pizza is the price. I really think it's a good deal because all pizzas are $12.49 regardless of how many toppings you choose. You can pile them on high and it's still only $12.49.

Do not order delivery, they can and will scam you.-I placed a delivery order through their website. They took my money and marked the order "delivered" after about a half hour, but the food never came.No one called me about any kind of issue and I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone because phone number on Google is a dead line and the company "text us" contact number did not respond at all.
