This was my third time ordering here. The first two times were good, but this time they really messed up my whole order. The kids’ pizza came out completely overcooked and burnt, and the butter chicken naan pizza had no chicken at all, even though the menu picture clearly shows it should. When I called, they just said they “changed the recipe,” but that’s not what’s advertised. The only one that came out right was the paneer pizza.

I don’t want to sound like the bad guy, but it is what it is — if I’m paying my money, I expect to get what’s shown and what I ordered. Everybody was waiting on the pizza, and then we opened the boxes to find this. That’s just not a good experience.

I ordered veggie Manchurian small size there is one girl unprofessional her name japjot. She even don’t know how to use register only for one pizza she charged me three times not recommend.

I ordered paneer pizza , which was very good and being a vegan I liked this place very much and to be honest quick and nice services given !!! The staffs are friendly too ( taking orders with a huge smile )

I had an amazing experience at Pizza Twist Cherry Hill! I ordered the Paneer Pizza and the Veggie Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The crust was baked perfectly—crispy on the outside, soft inside—and the toppings were so fresh and flavorful.

The Paneer Pizza stood out with its unique twist—perfectly spiced paneer that gave it a rich, authentic taste you won’t find anywhere else. The Veggie Pizza was loaded with fresh vegetables, and every bite had the perfect balance of crunch and flavor.

On top of the great food, the staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt.

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and unique pizzas in Cherry Hill, this is the spot! I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience! I ordered two large vegan pizzas from Pizza Twist: a Paneer Pizza and an Achari Paneer Pizza. Instead, they delivered one Achari Paneer and a chicken pizza! As a strict vegan family, this is not just a mistake; it’s a violation of our dietary principles. After my son and I took a bite, we realized we had consumed chicken! This is not just a minor error; it’s a serious breach of trust and respect for our beliefs. For us, eating non-veg food is not just a dietary choice; it’s about our religion and integrity. I cannot stress enough how important it is for restaurants to get orders right, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never order from Pizza Twist again and strongly advise others to stay away. They need to understand the impact of their negligence on their customers' feelings and beliefs.

I wish I could give negative stars to this place. Me and my family is strictly vegetarian and we ordered pizza with paneer and onion. Instead of paneer they gave my son chicken. It was well done and pricey cut and we thought it’s paneer but they served chicken . It’s against my religion to it. My husband got reaction to eat . This place does not care about customers . For money they throw away customers health and religion on risk. I would never eat a bite at this place if you have have any allergies or vegetarian . Worst place to eat food .

I thought it is 100% Halal- It is not 100% Halal. Indian food but they said they have some halal items on their menu. We didn’t eat anything.

Ordered a plain pizza based on Facebook group reviews. Pizza was similar to frozen Ellio's or school lunch pizza. It had that soggy, undercooked texture. Heating it up did nothing, had me wondering what's in it, threw it away.

Went here for lunch, asked how long it would take for a small pie. Was told 15min max……. 50min later I got my buffalo chicken pie. It had 8 pieces of chicken and 3lbs of onions and jalapeños. I couldn’t find buffalo chicken on the menu AND I have never seen onions on a buffalo pie in my life. I didn’t have time to say anything about the pie or wait for a new one. Wouldn’t go back

This place is way over priced for the quality of the food just spent 46$ on 12 wings and an order of samosas sogy food and wings had more coating on them than the meat! Will not try again!
