Lee, one of the managers, assisted us after an unfortunate meal experience. He is patient and understanding. Thank you to him.
Oh my Goodness! I always heard this name as a child, for being the only diner worth going to. Now I'm no longer young, nor live in Camden anymore. I would like to possibly come visit your diner soon! Thank you for bringing back good times.
Have eaten baked or broiled flounder all my life, first red flag if you smell it, especially from a distance it's not fresh or should be eaten, not only did it stink but they put a ton of seasonings on top of it to hide the smell, it was disgusting, told the waitress this smells, it's no good, she took it back and came out and said they and I didn't smell anything, lying and serving garbage, especially at their prices, is a disgrace, last straw, wouldn't feed my dog their crap
bad experience here, went to get a pie for a birthday and the icing was hard as a rock. very bad and not a good place to eat, wont shop here anymore
Baked flounder, when you can smell the flounder before the dish gets to your table that's the first red flag thast the fish isn't servable, when it's put in front of you and it's full of seasoning to hide the smell that's when it goes back, when the cook claims he can't smell the fish, obvious lie, it's time to eat somewhere else

We arrived about 10 minutes before our friends and my wife approached the check in and the manager indicated they would not seat us till full party arrived. My wife asked if she could sit and get something since she is diabetic and wasn't feeling right. He refused. She reiterated she would get something and he said our policy is full party only can be seated. Manager was cold and rude. After a moment, he said go sit in bar if you want something. My wife explained she did not want to be eating in bar and then have to move her food. Again he refused and very matter of fact said - policy is parties are not seated until everyone is present. Seeing there was a bakery, I suggested to my wife, she get something at the bakery. Then a party of ten came in with seven people present (not the whole party) and they were seated. I then approached the manager and asked why they were being seated and we were not. He fumbled and coldly responded I can not seat you till your party is all present. When I indicated you just sat a party that did not have everyone- I asked is there some other reason you are not allowing my diabetic wife to sit and order something. He then proceed to act like she had not stated that and very dismissively told someone assisting him to seat us. His manner was cold, dismissive and plain rude. We did not raise our voices but I told him his approach to customers was very disappointing. He said he did not care our opinion and that is the restaurant policy (which he failed to follow consistently). Had he been consistent, I would have understood even if the restaurant was no where near crowded. Manager - zero out of five stars - rude, lacks empathy and nasty. Fortunately, everyone else was nice and the food and company were all very good. Avoid the manager and you will most likely have a good meal.
Had a good meal. Prices were a bit steep for a diner. Didn't feel like a diner menu really either. Felt like we were a little to close to the table next to us but it is a biiggg restaurant.

Ponzio’s has really fell off. We use to come monthly for breakfast or lunch. The quality of ingredients is not the same. The last time I was there I ordered the short ribs grilled cheese sandwich. It had a bunch of onions and 2 one inch pieces of ribs. I sent it back and it came back exactly the same. I wasn’t paying $18 for a grilled cheese sandwich. Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. We’ll find a new place for our monthly gatherings.

Better than your average diner!
I haven’t been here in at least ten years, when I used to live in the area. Food is still decent, but the menu is a quarter of what it used to be (I’ve never been to a diner that only offered four or five omelette choices…). But the real shock, was being charged $4.00 for a simple glass of seltzer water. Now, THAT’S chutzpah….

I was helped mostly by a wonderful waitress named Kelly. My actual waitress was extremely inattentive, extremely odd dine in. Food was low satisfaction. Extremely disappointed.
