Was surprised to see the reviews so low, I went here before seeing the reviews, and felt it was a typical Popeye's experience, despite being a bit more expensive than a typical location (Which is expected from these types of locations)

Never will I ever stop here again. Partially my fault for not checking the bag! 3 chicken finger orders? What could possibly go wrong? 2 chicken bone in box of the greasiest garbage I ever threw away! Cake to complain and their phone is out of service! I don't Blame them for not having a phone to complain because they are terrible!

Arrived at this location at 6:35pm. However, I was told they were closed for the day. I mentioned how the hours for Saturday state the restaurant closes at 7pm but my concerns were dismissed. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend.

this location is the worst popeyes i’ve visited. they don’t let you use the app so you will be paying much more. and you can’t choose what chicken you want in family bundle. they don’t give you ketchup unless you ask and then you will get only a few. the people there are very rude answering questions

The place is clean inside but I swear it's the rudest bunch of people you could have found in the entire country to work in this restaurant. I would rather chew on my car tire in the parking lot than to ever come back to this establishment. Management should really try to hire better people or at least do a better job at training the staff to do their job correctly.

The woman who is in the kitchen has the worst part in hygiene, putting together the orders, her hands were always touching everything, very dirty at work.!!! ? Very bad experience, my bread went in the trash!

I came in with a coupon and put it on the counter female worker immediately pushed it away saying "We do not take coupons here." when clearly that was sent out inn mail from corporate,than myself said 'well you got a senior discount' then manager says if I gave it to you than I would have too give it to everyone else. The girls were laughing and behaving in a totally unprofessional manner infron of many people;spent $30 and something change when I could of got a whole meal from an actual restaurant!

Bad food. Horrible customer service... Jessica sending a girl on break during a rush... zero receptive. I stood in front of her and she counted her bills and then went off to fill glasses leaving a really long queue. In short, incompetent. First and last time.
