I came in 18 minutes before closing and was told there was no bread in the whole store. I believe the staff didn’t want to make anything for me because they were trying to clean up. Tacky.

This is my favorite location! I love their turkey hoagies and the chicken wraps are delicious. The bread is always fresh. The girls that work in the front are always so sweet, amazing customer service!!

Can't say anything about this place since they canceled my order (on GrubHub) because "they ran out of one of my order items". Really, pick up a phone much? More than 1 item on that list. You weren't very clear what you ran out of, maybe it was food. I gave you a 2star rating because of the name and I think you got my last order "right" minus some macaroni salad. Hey, guess what, you didn't cancel that order... Maybe too busy? No worries.

Horrible service. I called before hand to ask what time they close they said 8. I got there exactly at 7:34 pm to get a hoagie after the gym. The door is locked. There was a girl with long braids sweeping the floor close to the door and I said loudly, it says you’re open till 8.” She turns to the girl with the purple hair behind the register, and the girl with the purple hair said, “ No we’re closed now.” I think it’s incredibly unprofessional for a chain to close early when a customer is trying to order a simple sandwich before the closing time of the establishment. Will not be coming back.

Management is trash it’s been a few days and still haven’t been contacted by them customer service quality is as bad as their bread
Three days waiting for a refund because the girl at the register isn’t authorized to do refunds … then why is she on the register and why wasn’t a manager present. Waiting for a call from this location is absolute a waste of time. I would rather go to the king of pizza or even peoples pizza for any type of hoagie or food because their food and customer service is a hundred times better then primos

Trash show of a hoagie buisness. Their bread is horrible super hard also lost 105. Incl the 44.78 at this point this place is a joke and lost buisness but maybe the big girl at the register can keep the 105 she may have found on the table where I was sitting I won’t spend another time in this place. I wouldn’t piss on the building if it was on fire
