Repeated my order back to me in the drive through and at the window. Still messed the order up. No one else was in front of us.

They only have two things on the menu and you still have to wait 5-10 minutes for your food.

I think the hype inflated my expectations because I thought Raising Cane's was good, but not the life changing experience people talk about. The chicken fingers were spectacular, but I was underwhelmed by the sauce and fries. Great sweet tea as well. I'll come back to try the fingers with BBQ sauce.

Tried for first time and but disappointed. I will give them another try to make sure but chicken fingers were very flimsy. Small, not a lot of meat and mostly breading.

I'm giving the food the benefit of the doubt because it was a 10 minute drive home. There was a lot of food for the price but since I didn't eat half...due to lack of flavor...it was no bargain. We ordered 3 combos and wasted more than we ate. And we typically would not waste food. Saving leftovers. But I couldn't imagine it being edible a second time.
The person working the window lacked any personality whatsoever. No thank you. No welcome when we said thank you. Nothing.

This review comes with great sadness. I'm not from the area and I have never eaten at a raising Cane's. With that being said I ordered through the drive-thru with no problem, I drove to the second window to pay. The young lady who opened up the window did not make eye contact with me at all took my card and proceeded to talk to what looked like a manager and another coworker. Okay, maybe they were talking about something important. She hands my card back proceeds to give me my drink I say thank you and I got no response. I'm sitting there and I see someone hand her my food and she stands there talking to the manager that I think is a manager and also a co-worker, laughing and just having a normal conversation finally about 10 seconds later The manager goes to reach for the window She turns around and frantically hands me my food. I say thank you she shuts the window on me still making no eye contact during any of this. I then say "Really" She then must have heard me because she opens up the window and says oh have a good night, Shut the window again. I proceeded to say that's not the way I would treat a new customer instead of her opening up the window and talking to me she makes keep talking hand signal like mocking me. Again, I did raise my voice but that was because of the way I was being treated. I was so upset I called to speak to a manager I was told I was speaking to a manager the gentleman said oh hold on and apparently gets the real manager. I'm not going to lie I was very upset and my voice was very loud but I explained to him what happened which he already knew because he was present and he said if you calm down I'll take care of the situation, my response was how are you going to take care of the situation when you stood there and let this all happen! This all being said The food was good, I probably would go to a different one but never ever will I go to this one again!!!! Treat your customers like valued customers because we are the ones that keep you in business!!! I also want to include as a business owner myself and work with customers every day 24/7 I know how valuable my customers are to me. Do better at this location!!!

Definitely decent food but I have had better chicken tenders elsewhere. Their fries are just okay. Texas toast is delicious and the cane sauce is addictive. Love their ice nuggets and sweet tea. There's not a ton of seating and it's a bit loud but overall a good experience with friendly staff.

Parking: The parking lot conflicts with the drive thru traffic making it difficult to get in and out

I had the 4 piece box meal. The chicken fingers were juicy and delicious. The sign says they are marinated and hand battered which is probably why they are so juicy. Unlike other chicken places the secret recipie Cane's sauce is the only flavor dipping sauce offered. The crinkle cut fries were nicely done they are not the real thick ones they are thinner a little bit thicker than shoestring fries. And I got their fresh brewed sweet tea which was very flavorful. Only thing I missed was the choice of flavors for dipping sauce.
