Raku AYCE Sushi & Japanese Buffet

Came here with my boyfriend for an early dinner, food was great, service was great and quick. Staff was welcoming and prices are clearly displayed. Would recommend!

I come here oftenly once a month to support the local because they have good and quality food, the only downside is not vary choices.
But last time, when we was there , one of their rambutan has a worm in there, which make me feel very disgusting, but I almost finish my meal so it no a big deal.
And when we get the check, because I feel like I done all the work serving myself, the waitress lady only helping me putting the plates away which I always put them in a neatly way so she has the easiest time as possible. But when I decided to tip $2, she changing her attitude toward us, she was asking us “only 2?” like I did something wrong and it very feel offended. And when we walked outside , because we took 2 boba drink and we almost half way through it so we decided to drink it as we go. She STOP us in the front and tell us to put back the drink like we steal it. Even though I went there lots of time before and never anyone stopping or telling us to put back the drink we almost finish like that. I and my wife feel very disappointed and it ruined our whole night.
Dear Raku, you just lost your 2 loyal customer over a half boba drink , and 2$ tip.
We will never came back.

Should have charged me lunch prices at dinner cause the food had been sitting out since lunch. Sushi rice dried and crunchy from being out. Cocktail sauce out so long it had a thick dark skin. The desserts were so old, lemon roll and creme brulee was like chewing gummy bears. Everything stale and nothing replaced or refilled.

There was a lot of hype for this restaurant online and I was truly fooled. Though the staff was very friendly, the food is down right horrible. The buffet food was dry, the sushi was very bland, and (a personal hate for me) most of the desserts were gelatin/ jello based which gave them an off taste. Maybe we went on a bad day for them but I'll never be coming back again.

Yuci was an amazing server and provided excellent service! We will be back!

Food was great, service was amazing all the the food was fresh.

Yuci was very helpful with hot pot and made sure our drinks were always refilled. We had a great dinner and will definitely come back!

- sushi was stale & could tell it wasn’t fresh
- if you are a sushi lover DO NOT COME HERE
- limited buffet bar / Wings were my fav part
- limited fruit selection
- desert section was limited. Do not eat the Jello
- service was pretty decent make sure to tip if you can
- inside restaurant very appropriate and appealing. Big enough for large gatherings

For $35 a person for Dinner should have more to offer with wider selection & fresh sushi being made. Won’t be a returning customer.
