Do not go here. Say they have a special on Sunday and Monday but it is never available. Spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to place an order because their system went down just to be told that the special we were hoping to order was sold out at 6:30 p.m. Really? We have been long time customers but no more. Totally disrespectful. Food is not THAT good.

The ONLY thing right, the Delivery was super quick. We ordered 3 simple items. Asked for FRIED onions and received RAW onions. No taste at all throughout the items. My jalapeño poppers were NOT all Jalapeños. They were the SKIN only of the pepper and a few were RED peppers. I have ordered from here numerous times and each gets worse. They need the OLD RAYMONDS with the old Chef, I wont be ordering from them anymore. I definitely will pay the expenses to PATS on Chapel Ave instead where they can comprehend what the customers request and the chefs can cook. Totally unsatisfied!
IF you can get your food, and IF it is hot, or even warm, when you get it, it's worth it. But 98% of the time anymore, delivery takes 90 minutes and pickup has you waiting for 20 minutes. And yeah, you think Oh I'm waiting for my food, it would be hot right? NOPE. I've lived by Raymond's for over 10 years. It used to be my go to place until things went downhill a few years ago. I just tried the again, and it's exactly the same, even at non-peak hours.
