Oh my... Grabbed the classic milk tea and... What tea? Barely taste tea. I missed the amount of liquid sugar they pumped in... But it's just a cup of sugar water!
The boba is also not cooked all the way. The center was too hard...
Avoid at all cost!
Myself, sister, and brother-in-law often stop by and grab smoothie, boba, and/ or iced tea. Always hit the spot but we haven't came in a bit, together or separately. My brother-in-law and I came by recently for boba and iced tea. Both of them did not taste how they should. Both of our stomachs also flipped. Don't get me wrong, we have sensitive stomachs but wow. Drinks that we can normally order and taste well should not have made us feel so sick.
I’ve never experienced worse customer service in my life. I paid for my drink for my granddaughter who is a child and waited almost 20 mins. When I asked if they had her order they looked at my receipt and said you requested a refund. How? I paid and showed them the transaction. They ripped the receipt. I walked away and went back and asked again. Where’s my drink or my money back. They rolled their eyes at me and started laughing…and got an attitude with my 6 year old granddaughter. They are very very rude and very unprofessional. They all need to be terminated
I always come here and i never had a problem. Today the workers were rude for some reason.
I have been a regular customer at Real Fruit Bubble Tea for a long time, but after today’s experience I am extremely disappointed. I paid nearly $10 for a drink, only to receive a cup that was literally half full. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, the manager spoke to me in an incredibly rude and dismissive way.
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be treated with such disrespect, especially loyal ones who support this place regularly. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they are handled — and in this case, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the manager was shocking.
Spending almost $10 on a half-filled drink feels like being taken advantage of, and the rude attitude only made it worse. I left the store feeling frustrated, disrespected, and regretful that I even spent my money here.
If Real Fruit Bubble Tea values its customers, management should take a serious look at how their staff are treating people and how they are serving their products. I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it has made me reconsider whether I will return again.
Now this was a great smoothie. I got the strawberry banana smoothie. Worth the $8. Located in Cherry Hill Mall near Levi's
I got my toddler apple kind and he didn’t take the stickers off the apples and he didn’t wash them when I said something about the stickers he seemed like he got mad! I will never go there again!!!
Very refreshing! Good taste of real fruit and a very clean environment! Highly recommend! I had the coconut and whey protein and it was yummy!
The stuff or actually the girl is sooo rude and not helpful , this is the first time I go there so I asked for help because for using the screen the employee refused to help me she didn’t even smile at my face , I understand that she is not owner but at least do your job
I left and will not go this place again.
Mustafu was very polite and made sure each drink was made correctly, double checking with each guest. The large is a giant drink and place had a hip, clean interior. Really nice to walk around the outlets and get a bubble tea.

Definitely refreshing and fresh fruits as the ingredients. Get’s crowded due to the demographics but the staff are hard working.
I do think there should be staff walking around to traffic control, so less people are confused on the process.
The customer flow are not well introduced to the kiosks and gets the wrong impression that the staff are not helping when it’s self order kiosk.
$9 for a bad medium boba is crazy
When I was at the mall with my cousins we ordered 4 drinks.When I got back to my house , I felt sick and I kept throwing up.My cousins also threw up.We realized we got food poisoning . I guess because they don’t put fruits in the fridge instead they just put them on the table. Anyway be aware. Don’t order from this place.
