Food was okay. Service was okay and ambiance was okay. Overall it was just okay not excellent but adequate
Everything was delicious. There are affordable prices unless you want lobster that's just the way it is everywhere. Our waitress was great! Atmosphere was quiet, relaxing.
It is what you expect from a chain restaurant after many years it was not the worst thing but it was not amazing
Unfortunately it is horrible. Trash littered all over property, someone standing at front door smoking weed to start. Service was great but menu has taken a turn for the worse. Crab legs were ice cold, shrimp had no flavor other than the butter it was soaking in. We tried to give it another chance but good reason they just aren't doing well

The food was good with exeption of the steak. The service was horrible. The waiter didn't even give us bisque or utensils. We had to ask for bisque and utensils but he came back with plastic utensils. My order was wrong but the waiter did have the right order. On the appetizer we ordered lobster dip nacho chips and the nachos chips were soggy. Overall very disappointed.

Lately, some of the food has been salty. The service is hit or miss. As of late, it takes a while for a server to come to your table and to take your order. The funny thing is, is that the restaurant isn't usually crowded.

Large menu so have a idea of what you want..shrimp, lobster, and so on. Everything was served pipeing hot. Can't go wrong.
I ordered curbside. Food was hot with steam coming from the bag. Although on the flip side me and my spouse shrimp Alfredo tasted of chicken noodle soup and was dry. In addition the mash potatoes were hard, appearing to be old. You may want to avoid this location for curbside to avoid any foreseen issues.

For 15 years we've dined at this Red Lobster occasionally, and my beautiful Carol was a part time server there when we first coupled up, so this review is not without serious reflection. We are retired and occasionally entertain family, friends, and acquaintances and not too long ago we had a similar adverse experience at this location. TODAY, we arrived at 11:20am. We didn't get our check until 1:30p. The restaurant was empty when we entered. As we were provided sub-par service several others came, they drank, they dined, and were provided their bill within an hour or so. The bar had an extraordinary delay as they claim the Blue Moon keg needed to be changed, but that took forever, although we received 2 of 3 Blue Moons after some unwarranted delay. Our server (Jasmine, aka Jazz) was very sweet, polite, and offered excuses. The manager (Angel, a male), a very polite and professional manager, offered excuses and claimed they were inordinately "slammed" with patrons. "Slammed" = 8 tables?
Bullshit, there were 8 tables at any given time, and there were 1 server eventually aided by another, both were visibly working the floor. The food was marginally good, and even with Bidenflation, the prices were understandably high by my experiences at other restaurants. Had it not been for Jasmine's sweet disposition and Angel's intervention with a small discount and apolgies, I would have washed my hands of Red Lobster. The bottom line, Red Lobster is a bit too stingy with staff, and their food was not worth the price posted on their menu. Just like one time before recently, I have reason - once again - to pause going to THIS Red Lobster because I can get better service and more "bang for my buck" elsewhere. If you must dine at this Red Lobster, expect sub par service and not value for your money.

It took about 45 minutes for the 5 of us to get our meals and they were not overly busy. My steak was dry and not tasty at all. My entire meal was room temp..the lobster meat was like rubber. I will definitely not eat here again!!

We had a party of 6. The food took an hour to get to our table. Then, it took 40 minutes for us to get our bill and an additional 30 minutes for the bills to be paid. I wouldn't recommend this Red Lobster.
The food was good, I got the lobster and asparagus pasta dish, and it had a ton of lobster (it also cost $33 for the plate with no side included sooo), the waitress would put the food down and RUN, which was a bit annoying, but overall I would definitely go again.

The place was nice but being put next to the kitchen sucked. It also didn't make the service better since our service was no where to be found. The food was good.

i ordered snow crab legs, as usual. this time.. they weren't good, and there was one reason for that. the cook diluted the 'drawn butter'. so instead of getting 'drawn butter' for my crab legs.. i got liquid that was 'drawn butter flavored'. blah.
Great experience and the management team where rock stars from what I observed.was checked on several times . definitely best Red lobster I've been too I'll be back ?
