I'm very disappointed. This is the second time I've gone there, specifically have informed server that I have celiac and have requested the gluten free fries. This has been the same server and I have gotten so sick on my way home and I only live 15 minutes away. I understand there's a chance of cross contamination but it would be so appreciated if server's are trained better to understand that this is a real condition that people suffer, so maybe they can be more conscious when letting the cooks know what people are ordering.

Bottomless fries, good burgers. I wish they would turn down the a/c our whole family brings coats when coming in this building. But good junk food, and fun atmosphere

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of table space, high chairs and noisy enough that your little buddy won’t even be noticed.

This was my first time at this location. The waitress was wonderfully attentive for a Tuesday afternoon. I did feel bad that she seemed to be the only person on the floor. When I first walked in, I stood at the hostess stand a while before she came over and asked if I was being helped. She then showed me to a table. I watched her running around as she was behind the bar and then taking care of about six tables. Again, only person I saw but obviously there were people in the kitchen.

The french fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while and not fresh from the frier which is not typical for a Red Robin. I didn't say anything to the waitress about them but it just wasn't a typical Red Robin experience.

Have been waiting an hour for french fries. Can't even get that. Bottomless? More like I got less. Couldn't even put the fondue on the table. Pass on this joint. Still ain't got no fries as we speakin.i guess they dropped the frozen bag of fries on the floor instead of into the fryer smh.

I usually order for takeout and tonight we decided to dine in. I will start by saying that things seem to have been going downhill for a while and I noticed it with food quality in my takeout orders, by dining in I was able to see the efforts being made to bring quality and standards back up to par. ZaZa was our server and was an absolutely kind soul who was attentive and patient even with my children who has to ask a million questions. Overall it was a decent experience. Where it falls short is how quickly food and drinks come out of the kitchen (in my personal opinion) The ice cream bar after dinner was a nice touch as well.

So much yummy food. I ate the cobb salad for days and it was fantastic! Brittany was a lovely waitress, attentive and offered helpful info as well as very special care about dietary restrictions. The facility was well staffed and maintained. Great experience..again! And pro tip...get a shake if you can handle it, they are such a fun treat. Coming back for the pretzel bites next time.

Phenomenal! Tammy as a server as a must have!! She was always on top of our food and drinks, was so sweet and outgoing and one of the best servers I've ever had! We loved it here and our experience with Tammy!

I had a wonderful experience at Red Robin. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and split it with a friend along with an order of nachos and guacamole. The burger was cooked to perfection... I can't say enough about our waitress. I wish I had her name. she was friendly, attentive, and informative.Would definitely go back again!

The restaurant is clean. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The food was good, but the service was slow due to order errors another customer was complaining about. It wasn't really the server's fault. I will go back here for "gourmet" burgers. They do have some delicious options.

The food was good but not a vast selection on the menu. They also will not cook your burger to order if you prefer it rare or medium rare. The service was great and our meals were tasty.
