I love the whiskey River barbecue Burger. It is my favorite. They're french fries are delicious the onion rings are also very good. Service and the staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Love Red Robin. If you like burgers like I like burgers this is the place to go

Honestly just go to Applebee's and let this version of red robin fade away. Barely even brings back fond memories when Red Robin was something special. Now they can barely serve 3 tables.

Burger was killer (Thank you for the iceberg lettuce) and Sara, our bartender, was efficient and super nice! If she is working, we will be back!

I've only been to Red Robin once or twice in the past. My wife is a fan of the chain. I've never found it to be anything to rave about. With the small sample size I have, I find the food to be mediocre while over priced. My biggest issue with my most recent visit was the service. My waitress was pleasant enough, however both my wife and I did not receive what we ordered.

First my burger came out with no bun!

Second, my wife ordered a well done burger but received a medium cooked burger. This is odd because they ask you if you want your burger with no pink or a little pink.

Third, when I received my burger with a bun it was overcooked (I went with the little pink option).

When the manager came around and asked us how everything was going I explained what had happened and he seemed to express little to no interest, simply stating it would get fixed. No apologies were made. I thought we would receive something for the inconveniences, but nothing was offered. I'm not the type to cause a fuss about these things, though it would have appreciated if there was more effort made to right their wrongs.

We came pretty late but service was great food came out quick and was delicious

Red Robin is our go-to place for burgers. My favorite is the Bonzai burger, upgrade the fries to sweet potato fries, and maybe a couple of onion rings to go with it.
