Ordered cheese fries and when my husband picked it up, we realized the cheese was not in the bag. Romanza’s called within minutes of my husband getting home insisting that they would drop off the cheese cup. They were at our house in under 5 minutes. Always amazing service and delicious food, but this time deserved a review (my husband has been coming here for almost 20 years). Customers for life!

Pizza is ok. Wish outer crust was not as crunchy so I could eat it. That part is my favorite. Lol. Staff are friendly and acknowledge u when u arrive to get food.

Love this place for the 2 slice and a coke lunch deal. Always a good visit and a quick lunch.

Great food! BUT! Y'all have got to take control especially at lunch when people are pouring in. 1 customer should be able to order 1 time with 1 person and receive the food from 1 person. The way it was when I was there was Order with 1 person but gets asked if they ordered by at least 2 others 2 separate times and also asked what they ordered and here or to go both other times. Also it's not practical to say to someone the order of what they ordered is ready and try to give it to them when the counter is surrounded by a swarm of people covering all slots to get to it. You are to step out of the work area into the floor where customers are and hand them the food is much better of a bet to wager.
