Food quality went way downhill. I used to love going here. Now its just an ok buffet option. With so many great ayce places popping up, ruby is going to have to step up their game.

Just okay. The service was great and the staff was friendly. The seating area was clean and well kept. Buffet area was clean but the place did have a weird musty smell that was very off putting. The food was honestly not very good or fresh. A lot of things were very dry and bland and a lot of it seemed to be reheated. The rice had a weird plastic taste. Selection was nothing exciting and the desserts were disappointing. I was there on a Tuesday evening and it wasn’t packed but there was a decent crowd. The price was a little bit cheaper than my local buffet in Mt. Holly, but the difference isn’t worth it for sub-par food. This was the first and probably last visit for my family.

It was my first visit to this establishment. I went on a Saturday in the early afternoon. The food choices were basic however I feel good for the price. The restaurant was clean and our server checked on us several times clearing our table and asking if we needed drink replenishments. I will go there again.

DISGUSTED
We came to enjoy a dinner together after having a family day but dinner was ruined here. I was placing food onto my plate when a ROACH started crawling on my plate and my food. YES A ROACH. I took it to them and had it discarded but all they did was say ā€œ oh sorryā€ and only discounted $8 from our bill after we couldn’t even eat anymore. I am disgusted and disappointed NEVER COMING BACK

Please do yourself a favor. Do not waste your money. Food options are basic. Most meats were dry. Tried a variety of options they offered and nothing taste good. They had prime rib that needed to be cut and served to you. Guy had a attitude when u asked for him to get u a peice. Bathroom was full of graffiti, dirty, and flooded. Luckily I only had to pee. Even found a pair of toungs used to serve food on the bathroom floor under the sink. Never again. Only positive was the kid women who go around collecting your used plates. Definitely will never return here. Hopefully I don't end up throwing up what I could get past my toung.

My husband and I come here often. We were told that the lunch special is between 11:30am & 3:30pm. On a Friday, my husband and I walked through the doors at 3:28pm and were charged their dinner prices, not their lunch prices (which is considerably less money). When speaking to the girl at the counter, she said, will you be done eating in 2 mins? Of course not! We were there for 1 hour eating.

So my question to Ruby Buffet is; what time is the cut off time to walk through the doors and still receive lunch prices? 2:30pm? 3:00pm? 3:15? As it stands now, we have no idea. We are not happy we were forced to pay their dinner prices.

Food wasn't great and Waitress was very adamant about leaving her a tip. Not that I wasn't going too. But very uncomfortable when first you can't understand what she is saying. Then she says tip and puts her had out. Crazy will not go back.

I’m beyond confused how this place is open. The food makes people physically ill. It’s out to long. There’s bugs in it and it’s completely unseasoned. Cherry hill/Camden county health/food inspector must be getting paid off to keep them open. I went on an extremely crowded day. It’s way too many seats and not enough food. People were picking up food by hand!!! When I said something workers and costumers got irate and police ended up coming due to costumers not knowing how act like civilized humans. All the while the staff joined in w them to be just as obnoxious. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
