I am from California, and I can confirm Saigon Spice's dishes bring me back home! The pho and bun bo hue that we tried were flavorful and had the right amount of meat and noodles. They had a unique array of drinks, including nuoc mia (sugar cane juice), sua bap (corn milk), and basil seed peppermint. We will definitely return to try their other dishes and drinks, thank you!
We came here for a casual family dinner and it was our first time here. Very clean environment. Very spacious restaurant with plenty of tables & seatings. Parking was free. Decor was pretty modernized with a twist of bamboo designs. The bamboo plates were pretty neat! Service was great! Double-sided menu with plenty of variety of appetizers & cuisines to choose from! Egg rolls were crispy & decent! It seems like everyone enjoyed each of their meals. Definitely be back...
