THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE (or 2)
I have been a frequent “dine in” lunch customer and always enjoy their wings and pizza as well as large chocolate chip cookies. Today I stopped by for a “to go order” of pizza, wings, cookie and a Pepsi. When I got home, I found that they accidentally gave me ranch dressing instead of my usual blue cheese for the wings. I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this experience was especially frustrating. I placed a Grubhub order for a small white pizza from Santucci’s — a specific request that means a lot to my family. My son has special needs and a restrictive eating disorder, and this white pizza from Santucci’s is one of the only foods he’ll actually eat. First / Last time Ordering. Pizza was Over cooked / burnt. Tasted more like tomato paste than sauce. Would not recommend
