Whenever I'm in the area I enjoy coming toto Shake Shack in Cherry Hill. The food is always fresh and hot. I tried their new Big Shack today. I was charged 1.06 for a side of special sauce, which I didn't mind paying. I even left a tip with my order. Once, I received my order and returned to my car, this is what I paid extra for. Pics are included. I feel that a customer should get what they paid for. Disappointed.
Terrific staff... Very nice and very helpful! It was my first time there and they were GREAT! I'm a little disappointed with my burger. For the price, I should have gotten a nice slice of tomato and a bit more lettuce and sauce. But I gave 5 stars, because my shake was absolutely perfect! I had a strawberry shake and it was SOOO delicious and creamy!! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN FOR THE SHAKES!
Very nice server, Chris, who was attentive and helpful. Grilled Cheese Sandwhich was tasty but smaller than expected for the price. Root Beer Float was delicious but perhaps overpriced. I haven't ordered one in a while so I might be wrong on that score. Clean, neat and pleasant atmosphere. If it pays good wages then the pricing is worth it.
