Food is always very good here, even when delivered. A couple of weeks ago, we had an issue with our delivery order not showing up. After arriving at the restaurant, I spoke with the Asst Gen Manager (Amanda) who very promptly remade our order (not a small one either). Huge kudos for her customer service.
Cons:
1. very very very greasy. The roll and waxed paper and then my hands were coated in oil.
2. Very pricey for the size of burger you recieve.
3. Not fully cooked. Our burgers werent cooked all the way. Very pink. I should have taken a picture to post but never did. My wife even asked for well done..
The crinkle cheese fries were tasty fresh had flavorful cheese and a good amount of cheese. (We ordered 3 cheese fries) The burgers were good...

I absolutely loved the host that asked if we needed help. He walked around the restaurant making sure everyone had everything they needed. It's rare to find such courtesy outside of Chick-fil-A.
