Fast service
It's a great option, especially since it's in the Walt Whitman rest area ✅️ The burgers are great – best item on their menu and that strawberry shake? 😍 Service was acceptable, but still highly recommend!
Very slow. This experience is bringing down the whole brand
Long line just before closing on a Friday night.
At first our burger was cold We went back and they made us fresh burgers and fries. Much better!!
Came in before 10:30AM cutoff (10 minutes left) for breakfast and automated cashier wouldn’t let us order. Unhelpful staff said there is nothing they could do. Irritating and annoying.

The vegetarian option was not available when we ordered, and instead had to settle for the mushroom burger.
Vegetarian options: There are two burgers and rest isn't vegetarian except for fries.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple ramps inside and outside, making it relatively accessible.

The worst fast food experience i ever had. Spent 20 on a drink and burger. Waited 15 min for it at a travel stop. The burger meat looked unrecognizable what it even was. Threw it right in the trash. Disgusting.
spent $15 for a bacon cheeseburger on a gluten free bun. The patty was so thin I only tasted the bun.The fries are fresh there but again, skimpy portion. I'd rather go to Chipotle and get a packed entree for the same amount.

Food and service like all Shake Shacks is great but this ones atmosphere is awkward as it hard to see the TVs and the outside view is ugly.

Stopped by this rest area in Cherry Hill, NJ while on the road back home.
There’s a Popeyes and few other options next to it.
I ordered Chicken Avocado burger and a small custard (vanilla).
Waited 10 minutes and it cost me about $20.
On the plus side, quality of it was acceptable. Minus, bit on the fatty side. Also, portion size was small, given that I paid about $15 for the burger.
I ate in car, we were on road trip.
Burger was like 3/5 hit the spot tasted the bacon which was nice, also tomato, but I could not taste avacado.
Custard was pretty good 3/5.
All in all, that hit the spot and taste ok but $20 for the quantity and quality was a bit of letdown.
