I don’t love Starbucks, but this is a good one, especially because they don’t have a drive thru. Very prompt service and the employees are incredibly kind and pleasant.

My dad and I came in here tonight and we had the barista with blonde hair and a low ponytail, she may have had some pink in her hair as well. I am sad I didn't catch her name but our refreshers were so good! My dad said it's the best one he's had in a long time. But the best part was she drew a cute gingerbread man and snowman on our cups! It totally made our whole day. My dad unfortunately has pancreatic cancer and this little act of kindness brought him so much joy in a time where it was really needed. Thank you so much!

I truly do not understand some of these good reviews. I NEVER get what I pay for and the drinks whether hot or cold, are always incredibly watery. The staff definitely need to be retrained on how to make the drinks.

Incredibly filthy. I asked a barista for paper towels and cleaning spray. He said he would to it but he used a filthy rag and no cleaning agent. The tables are sticky enough that my arms kept sticking to them. I left early and went home for a shower. Yuck!

Don't believe these ratings. The best staff left. Unfortunately the drink tasted like hell (And for $8??). Yet I refrained from giving any negative comment about it, but instead just simply asked for splenda, sweetener to put in it, which reading between the lines, could have been seen as sort of a hint. Well, instead of giving me what I requested (Simple request) the manager told me they don't have time for that and started arguing with me. Very rude and disrespectful. This is not the first time I have seen rudeness from her. These drinks, in the first place, are really too expensive (And are they REALLY worth it?) to then, on top of that, get treatment like that?? My advice: Don't waste your time and money. Perhaps another location would be better.

The staff make this place. They are so friendly. I stopped in this morning and it was such a pleasant experience. They greet every customer as they walk in. The line moved quickly and my drink was perfect.

Okay, I’m leaving this review because the barista with the blonde hair (low ponytail) made me the B E S T matcha I’ve had in a while from Starbucks.

A little backstory, I have been extremely disappointed lately with Starbucks, so much so I’ve considered changing my loyalty to tea consumption. Anyway, my drink was PERFECT! It’s blended well. Doesn’t have hella foam on top either! Unfortunately, I don’t life here so not sure when I’ll be able to visit this location again.

We all know Starbucks (Chains are generally subjective per location) can vary, but this specific one is always the best! I have been attending this one twice a month when traveling for about four years. I have yet to get an unbalanced drink(s). The servers are always kind and polite, and even the customers who come into this location follow suit. Good job to this manager!
