Horrible experience. Went 12/19 around 4pm. Order a single drink and I waited in drive thru for 17 minutes. When I got my order it wasn’t even right. Ordered a grande cold foam cold brew and got a cold brew with vanilla sweetener no foam. Didn’t have the time to get back in line and wait again.

I had a bad experience at this place, the service is terrible and the two attendants are prejudiced against Latinos. They pretended they didn't see us and didn't want to serve us, they would serve anyone who arrived after us. We waited for 10 minutes, we were the only ones in the store, we wanted to buy water for my baby and they didn't want to charge me. I went to another establishment because my son was thirsty. This is absurd, they are prejudiced.

So I can honestly say, I’ve been going to this Starbucks for I don’t know maybe close to a decade now. They’re honestly so polite, they’re such a lively atmosphere and truthfully such a good Starbucks. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks (I’m a student who’s now in graduate school) and they seriously always so kind and they even remember you if you go often.
I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I’ve had my drink maybe redone only like twice out of a whole decade and not once has anyone been rude but rather they were more than happy to fix my drink.
I don’t know what is up with the influx of negative comments. I drive 10 minutes out my way before going to school to get this Starbucks over one that’s along the way.
The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because honestly it’s a little chilly in there. I’m sure they’re hot back there the way they are hustling and working hard to finish everyone’s orders and the mobile order, so I would rather be cold any day.
Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Jersey! I’ve been to many Starbucks in north Jersey, central Jersey, and south Jersey, they’re a well oiled, collaborative, and hardworking store.

Drive through staff was rather rude. Didn’t provide totals, and then just stares at you in the drive through like I did something wrong. Specifically Kayla, was the staff member I encountered. Food and drinks were fine, but the place was empty and the interaction was completely uncalled for, especially as a service heavy position.

The staff was really rude when we order the buy one get one deal. Picture is the cup UNTOUCHED, the liquid was not even half the cup. We didn't order less ice as you can see in the label so there shouldn't be any reason why the liquid level is less than half the cup. For a $7 drink, they should do better. The drink took more than 20 minutes to be done even though the drive through line goes by very quickly. This is the worst Starbucks location in the area. Not sure if this has anything to do with discrimination. I always order through the app and there are no issues. Any time I order in person they always have an attitude and take forever to make the drink even if the store was not busy. Very disappointed.

They never give me straw for my drink; everytime I pick up my drink I have to ask for straw . Sometime I'm in such a hurry that I forget to to ask for straw. I'm so upset. How can you drink with no straw ? Please leave some straw out for self serve cause I don't want to ask everytime for it.
