Some staff are quite rude and not very patient, I understand that you’re running a business but also some people are coming here for the first time and need some time to think about what they want. I won’t be coming back here unfortunately, whoever was the gentleman who was working the drive through was very rude. If you don’t like working at Starbucks then get a different job

I visited this Starbucks early in the morning, being the very first person in line, just to get a limited-edition bear mug. I even saw it on the shelf and took a photo. But when I went in and asked about it, the staff told me it was already sold out. This seems really unfair and suspicious—like it was being held or hidden for someone else. Very disappointing experience for loyal customers. I hope Starbucks management takes this seriously and ensures fair access for everyone.

Big shoutout to the closing staff tonight! We came in right before closing - honestly, we weren't sure if we'd still be able to order, and we totally would've understood if they said the kitchen was done for the day. But instead, they still got our food ready for us, even though it was late.
We really appreciated the fact that they made it happen under pressure. It shows dedication and hustle, even at the end of a long shift. Thanks for making sure we didn't leave hungry!

Whoever closed tonight has terrible customer service. I assume because it was closing time they were annoyed that we ordered a sandwich. They could’ve simply said we’re out for the day and are closing. Instead, they did get us our food yes, but not without staring at us through the window and yelling curse words and when I asked them what the issue was they gave MORE attitude and said “I SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WHILE”

They look young so I get the immaturity, but that was uncalled for and I don’t appreciate the attitude when all we did was order food at a FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU. did we check hours no, because we’ve been driving for 45 mins….

Pick another job where you hide behind walls and a desk maybe if it isn’t for you.

I’ve been coming here lately to get some work done for a few weeks now. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I’ve had a few issues with the food not being hot and my drinks taking a bit but that’s not why I’m writing this review. It’s the bathrooms. They NEVER check them. The soap faucet is broken, toilet seat up, urine in toilet, trash all over the floor. It’s so disgusting. The bathroom can tell you a lot about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I hope things change cause this is BAD

I must say other than the fact that this Starbucks rivals my patience sometimes with the inconsistent freshness of the cookie that they take out of the package that is usually dated old or the bread from the croissant toasted or the tomato mozzarella bread toasted, which is stale or dry. They also have an issue taking a $50 bill at 8 o’clock in the morning for order that is approximately $20. This literally makes no sense. They have no policy written anywhere about the fact that they don’t except $50 bills but they seem to know that they will not or should not or cannot except $50 bills and they will make multiple excuses for this reason. I don’t understand how Starbucks can create an environment like this $50 is US currency it should be accepted. It is not your customer’s fault that you have a security issue or you don’t know how to identify a fake $50 bill or not if that is even the reason for not accepting the $50 because I’m not Sure but what I am sure is your multimillion dollar business and if a customer comes there to place an order and wants to pay with US currency they should be allowed to this is the Starbucks on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, New So I’ll be continuing my day without my cup of coffee after waiting in a long line on a drive-through, I’m not sure how many of you’ve been here before but I’m pretty sure someone out there understands my frustration so rather than do nothing about it. I write this review. People should try to avoid this Starbucks.

Made a mistake on my end with a mobile order. From the time of my first interactions its was great. John and his team all give nothing but exceptional service. And the service doesn’t change. The quality of the food and drinks are always top tier. Please make go see for yourself if you’re in the area.

Awesome Starbucks, Enjoy Every Visit🌷☕️
Today was not awesome, they don't pay attention to the order or what the customer might need.
And there is little friendlyness. Maybe that is the new Starbucks approach to customers. I always give a Tip, always, even in the Drive Thru.
I won't be back here anytime soon. Customer Service is Less then One Star, if that was possible.
If Starbucks continues to operate like THIS; and, treats long time customers like we are a bother, they are DONE! Like I said, I won't be back here.

Theres a number of baristas here that have “gen z stare”, where they just look at you when you’re at the register ready to place an inside order. It’s slow and kind of insulting to experience as a customer.

I had this one younger barista just look at me from the other side of the kitchen while I was waiting to place an order for a full 2 minutes. After seeing I was ready to order he did not come over- he just stared and chatted with friends. We made eye contact again and he still didn’t come over. He just chatted and stared. It was multiple rounds of this until he rolled his eyes, walked over, and took my order. All I wanted was a lemon tea, not a zoomer’s attitude.

It was rude and I hope he grows out of that behavior.

My second time and last bad experience at this starbucks. I went yesterday for 2 brown sugar expresso oatmilk cortado. They were horrible. 1 cup was half food. It had extra brown sugar, which I didn't ask for. Today, i went with my daughter to get coffee. I ordered my cortado once again, and my daughter got a vanilla frappe with java chips. My cortado was not made right, and my daughter drink the whipped cream tasted old. This was it for me. I love starbucks, but this one I won't go back
