Everyone is usually very nice although I like the old staff prior to remodel much better. I also don’t like that one is forced to answer “a question” before I can check out using my Apple Pay. The question is what tip would you like to leave. NO…I tip in cash AND most times I am generous tipper….i naught even pay for the car behind me. I hate to be asked for a tip in a drive thru. None of the other Starbucks does this. So annoying and is like nails on a chalk board for me….especially when I ALWAYS tip.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The guy that helped me this morning was an absolute gem! I think he’s a manager. Has arm tattoos, really really nice dude. He complimented my hoodie and just brightened my day. The people here were just super friendly and the whole atmosphere inside was positive and welcoming. I’d rather drive farther from my house to come here rather than the two that are closer. I know it was just a quick simple interaction but it definitely made my day better, and it’s the little things that matter the most. Thank you!

The place was full of holiday cheer. Standard Starbucks fare.In timing the number of vehicles in the drive thru when we walked in, it is apparent that Drive-thru takes precident over counter orders in terms of turnaround speed.I'd return, but would only go in-store if I intended to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Otherwise, if speed were an issue: Drive-thru, only.

Last night I wanted a strong latte and went to the Drive Through. I asked the order taker if the grande latte had two shots of espresso; she said yes. I asked if she could make it stronger than usual by using less milk; she said that this would leave almost nothing in the cup. So I ordered the grande latte. What I got for my $5.06 was 12 ounces of hot milk with zero discernable coffee flavor. Contrary to what I was told, they could have used half the milk (or less) and gotten a much better result... assuming there was some espresso in there at all. A total ripoff!

I think Starbucks lacks management staff. Everyone makes different coffee, and there is no standard. I am a person who order Starbucks almost every day. I am too familiar with the taste of my own drink. I asked the employees to change it. Their service temper is still very bad.

I went with my friend today for a small sized coffee in the noon. All I have to say is that both me and my friend had the worst coffee and its quite unusual for a brand like Starbucks! It tasted like sipping a hot water and the staff didn't even tell where to find the sugar.
