Extremely slow service, if you employed person with no hands they would do it faster than this guy who works here…

This place needs to lose its franchise tag. Terrible staffing. Got to have a manager on site. Twenty people in line and the kids behind counter arguing.

I never thought that I would "do this by my visit to Starbucks at this location was incredibly frustrating. Despite a reasonable wait, no one bothered to come out and take my order. The staff seemed preoccupied and indifferent to customers waiting in line. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they were dismissive and unapologetic about the delay. This lack of basic customer service is disappointing, especially from a chain known for its efficiency. I left without ordering and won't be returning anytime soon.
This is not Starbucks, this is look like Dunkin. Bad serving, unfocused customer care. Bad taste coffee. Maybe they just opened but must be focus their brand name.

The place seemed to be open and according to their website they should be 24/7 but the girl (with a Starbucks uniform) who as sitting at a table said it was closed and refused to serve us!

Beware DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! They are horrible here. Kaitlyn needs to be fired. Not only was she the nastiest most miserable person I've ever met but she gives starbucks a bad rep. She ignored the line she had of customers waiting. She grudgenly walks up to take our orders only after we said excuse me several times are you open. She was annoyed to be there and then didnt even know how yo make 2 simple white mocha coffees. When we asked for it to be remade she just stared like a freak who couldn't comprehend. I'm honestly really surprised that starbucks would hire someone like this. I thought starbucks was diligent in selecting staff. They definitely got it wrong with this one. She should not be working at a starbucks.

Bad service. Apparently they don’t have sugar (only stevia) and they did not offer any substitute.

baristas are the friendliest i’ve seen at a Starbucks! some customers are incredibly rude to them when it comes to things that are out of their control. they do not set the prices (it’s a Starbucks in a travel plaza…clearly it’s going to be more expensive then most?). if there’s a long line to order, you can use your logic to assume there’s going to be a long line waiting for their drinks. duh. if you choose to wait, wait patiently instead of throwing hissy fits, saying “eff you,” and flipping them off. be adults and be kind.

They don't have ingredients for some items on menu but refuse to put up any sort of sign notifying ppl of this before they wait in the long line. Then they are very rude about it.
Very good and friendly baristas are there to ensure you get the best of coffees.
I was on my way from Worcester, MA to Virginia. I made my first stop here and I loved it.
Though it gets busy at times, the place is very clean. Because of its strategic location in Walt Whitman, it’s a lil bit pricey.
However, value for money is assured.

They made everyone else's steamed and hot drinks before my simple lemonade that only required syrup. I had to remind them about my order, about 5 minutes after the person who had ordered right before me left. Then they still made 4 other drinks before starting mine. They also claimed to not have napkins for anyone. These were among the slowest workers at a Satrbucks I have seen in a while
