i specifically asked them to shake my drink and they did not. it i completely flat no bubbles not shaken. i’m extremely disappointed with my service. it seems they think im a joke. heartbreaking.

I’d expect better from this Starbucks location. They did not fill up my vanilla latte to the top! Also, there was no brown sugar added to it! I go to this Starbucks for my rush hour to go spot for my morning pick me up, this must be addressed!

Very rude staff! Customer service is the worse! 5 employees seeing me standing didn’t even care to look and say we ll be with you shortly! At least just say that instead keep customers waiting and there s no online but me takes a second to take my order while they were all chatting.

Be careful with your car. This drive thru has an obstacle course lined with stone and I messed up one of my rims. It’s not worth the $7 coffee. I wish they would remove them to make navigating the drive thru easier
