I recently ordered the Pistachio Latte at this Starbucks, and it was a total disappointment. There was absolutely no pistachio flavor—just a bland, milky mess that tasted nothing like what I expected. It’s honestly the worst latte I’ve ever had from Starbucks.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, their response was anything but helpful. The follow-up was generic and lacked any genuine concern or effort to make things right. It felt like they were just checking a box instead of actually addressing my issue.
I’m not a big Starbucks fan to begin with, but I used to at least look forward to the seasonal Pistachio Latte. After this experience, I’m not even interested in giving it another shot. If this is the kind of quality and service Starbucks is offering, I’ll be taking my coffee runs elsewhere.

The guy who works drive through is pretty rude, uncomfortable customer service, dangles the credit card reader by its wire to take and looks irritated at guests.
I was the only customer, with one person on register and another on bar (therefore the bar person has the time and space to focus on making drinks), and they still didn't properly steam the milk for my drink. The whole thing tasted bad, so I wonder what else was missed. I used to be a barista trainer and supervisor for this company, so I can confirm the way it was made was absolutely not by the book. Really careless and a gross drink to top it off. I would not recommend going unless something changes significantly, especially with all the other places you can go for coffee in the area.

Drive through is finally getting its act together. Better staff. Management also getting better and not accepting poor work from staff.
I usually go there during the winter and summer. I understand that the staff are busy and there are a lot of customers but I still hope they can give me my order faster next time. Overall it is a nice place to enjoy a drink distigardless of the weather. I do not recommend going there when it's too busy I honestly like it.

This Starbucks is one of my least faves in this area. It is very slow in serving especially drive thru and it's often our of many food items we try to in order. If we can get our choices and drinks they are good. The parking lot is also not the easiest to get in and out of

This is a venti drink? With 20+% of it gone? Really? Kudos to the lying employee who made it, told me its "because of the foam"... disgusting value for a $6 drink. Absolutely disgusting. Last time im going out to starbucks. Youve just saved my wallet some cash, Lakwisha.

Lied to by staff. Expensive venti drink was missing 20%+ of the drink and was refused when i asked them to make it again.

Upon arrival, it was pretty busy. My daughter & I were in town for a dance competition. We decided to take a stroll here. I placed our order (2 refreshers with no customizations & a pineapple cloud cake). The cake was old, but still edible. Nothing to necessarily complain abt there. However, I waited almost 10-15 minutes for my drinks. I watched several other walk in customers with larger drink orders (some included refreshers) & obvious customizations place their orders and get the items. Even the drive through was moving faster. I told the cashier that I was still waiting....no apology no nothing. Not even from the lady who was making the drinks. I said have a good day and thanked her....still nothing. Just rude. You don't ever have to worry about me or my daughter coming back.
