I had a meeting nearby and desperately needed coffee and when I pulled up the store was dark and there were employees just standing out front very happily telling paying customers that they were closed. No reason why they were closed. Just they were closed.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility and bathrooms are kept clean, the food is good, and the coffee is good (I'm addicted to WaWa coffee). Great place for me to write my books. The location is great (for me) because it's within walking distance from my house.

Where to begin this restaurant?Well first, the workers who were providing me and my family beverages and snacks they were not very kind to us. My parents criticized their work.Secondly, the workers didn’t assist those of us who were ordering food and beverages in the restaurant in person. They said “order on app” I understand the drive thru was exhausting, but additional staff should be available when needed or training staff should be implemented.Thirdly, there was no supervisor who we could speak to share our concerns.

Very slow and workers are not too friendly. They had a sign up offering a free small hot chocolate with a grande drink Saturdays and Sundays and I asked about it and they just turned the sign around! Drink was good.

I did a mobile order for a cold brew coffee and egg bites that was supposed to be ready at 8:20. They sent a message on the app that my order was ready. I went to the counter and only my coffee was ready. Also the registers were not working. When I asked them about my food, they said they would be right out. Waited over 15 minutes. Didn’t get out of there until 8:45. I might continue to go here only because this is the only one I pass on my way to work, but something really needs to change. I guess I will just do it 30 minutes ahead and not get food. That shouldn’t have to be the case. There were a lot of employees too so can’t use short staff as an excuse. Honestly, I’ve seen Starbucks with less employees that work faster than this one. Ridiculous

It's always a hit or miss at this Starbucks... It's either great/fast service and they get your order right or the exact opposite. I ordered an iced green tea and they for some reason decided to put in an ungodly amount of lemon in it when I didn't ask for that. When I say an ungodly amount, I mean it.... it was so undrinkable and tart like it was meant to be a lemonade but without sugar, but I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back. Unsure how you mess up a normal unsweetened iced tea that bad, but it's possible I suppose...

This is, consistently, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line, I gave up and went inside, but SURPRISE! There's no cashier! I waited a few minutes, but, again, had to leave. I understand that things get busy and it can be tough to manage, but there is NEVER any sense of urgency or hustle from the staff. There can be a line around the building, but the drinks get made at THEIR pace, not yours. If you have about an hour to spare, go here and get a cup of coffee. If, like me, you'd prefer to get your order in less time than an episode of Ted Lasso, avoid this store.

Workers are nice. But my goodness this has to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Even if I mobile order at 6 am when no one is there, show up when scheduled, my drink and food is NEVER ready. And there usually a few people working at this time so I’m not sure why this is a problem.
