How this is allowed is beyond me, waited over 20 mins for a mango dragon refresher.

I have been at this location a multiple of times as I frequent the mall regularly. However, I will NEVER be stepping a foot inside of this starbucks EVER again. The day before I witnessed a young girl seemingly yell at the two other women behind the counter. Assuming she's a manager, she left a barista at the register CRYING while taking my order. This is yet another horribly managed starbucks and within seconds of being there during busy hours, I witnessed extreme verbal abuse!!!! People, AVOID STARBUCKS! and for workers, please strike!!! We as costumers don't like our coffee with abuse. Either management has to change or hopefully this store will close.

She charger us for 2 grandes when we asked for 2 talls. She didn’t have like 5 ingredients for what we wanted. We asked for a bagel to be toasted and it’s not. The drinks we ordered are no we’re close to what we ordered horrible customer service.

My drinks are always watered down and taste less flavorful. The refreshers barely taste like they have lemonade and strawberry in them.

There’s a girl called Britiny she was above beyond. She did an amazing thing with a customer her daughter dumped the coffee. Britiny came nicely and clean it also she give her a free coffee. Thxx

These baristas always act freaking slow in here. They always need everyone on shift at the register like everyone is clueless and then I order a drink and they put my freaking tag to the side while all of these people who came after me who got served. Nobody had the common sense to ask me what I was waiting for. Only because I was hovering over the bar and was asking about my drink is why I got it.

They will waste your time and ignore you even if you just need something simple like a spoon. They are usually short-staffed, and even when they do have the proper staffing, they still can't seem to keep up with their orders. The only benefit is that the employees are always very nice people.
Although, when you order ahead, (I just did and gave them 20min before I went over on my break), your order is never ready. My order from 20min ago was still not ready. After I asked about my order I was told I was next. Then, after waiting longer, I was told they don't even have what I ordered for like the 6th time this year amongst the few times I ever come here.
Every time I try to order from here whether I do it in advance or in person, it never works in my favor. Now I lost out on my break and I didn't get the breakfast sandwich that I wanted...again.

They always make drinks wrong and they take a long time. I ordered a Vanella Sweet Cream Form and they gave me that? What's that? I asked for a refund.

We ordered 2 drinks ahead of time and went into the store at the time the order would be ready, according to the app. We were surprised to see that the drinks weren’t ready yet, and had to tell the employees that we had ordered online for them to even realize we did (there were no customers).
They then proceeded to make both drinks wrong, we had put in oat milk for one of the drinks because we are lactose intolerant. They put regular milk in. After we corrected them, they made the second drink incorrectly too—we ordered a strawberry açaí with water which they put lemonade in. They did not apologize after making our drinks wrong, and they did not taste great after the corrections as well. Waste of money.

Hire more staff yall are so cheap at this location! It was very understaffed when I went it took 30 minutes to get one drink. The cashier was nice though and she made my drink very well. It’s sad she had to face a rush alone yall over work your staff hire more people asap
