I waited over five minutes for my order and when I was waiting for it, I was asked if I wanted to order and I kindly explained I was here for an mobile order and he rolled his eyes at me. When i came to the Starbucks he was on his phone but it truly made me feel disrespected when he rolled his eyes at me… the ticket was just sitting there and it was so disrespectful and I work at a Starbucks and it was unbelievable….

never understood ts meme until today. I ordered a cherry foam latte with lavender foam added (told him i wanted both foams) and the dude working there was so confused. I clarified to the guy several times, still, he acted as if I demanded the impossible. He was even talking to his manager and told me, “no one ever orders like that🥀” bruh, every starbucks I’ve ever been to will customize the most insane drinks for you but this one can’t give me one extra ingredient? (I can order it on the app but I can’t order it in person?) also when I received my order I didn’t even get my toppings even though ordering the cherry foam latte, had to ask for it💔didn’t get any cherry foam💔..ts Starbucks pmo,🥀

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever come across the line was ridiculously long and the workers look lost and confused I entered the Starbucks around 4:20ish and did not receive my drink until 5:30! That is absolutely crazy not to mention the workers had the audacity to catch attitudes with the customers for getting irritated by how long they were taking to make the drinks and take orders get new workers, since the took so long i expected my drink to be amazing but instead a got a drink full of air.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like the staff had no idea what they were doing. Despite having tons of employees working, the lines were still ridiculously long, and I was left waiting for far too long. When I finally did get to the counter, my questions weren’t answered, and I didn’t feel like I was being helped at all. It was frustrating and unorganized. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

These guys don't respect my order, I ordered a coffee with oat milk and they made it with regular milk. I asked them if it was oat milk and they said yes but it was actually regular milk. Both milks have different tastes. Some people are lactose intolerant.

My order was wrong as I was speaking to the guy about my order a girl yells over “ no that is the right drink” I was explained it is the wrong color I have been ordering the same drink for ever. She just turned her back and ignored me then went in the back room and did not come out, there was a huge line.
Drink was good, but I found a piece of string in my cup when I finished it. Service was fairly slow.

Service not friendly. I think the credit card terminal they have is a scammer. It charges automatically highest percentage of tips! You do not have choice. Everything way below compare to other starbucks. The cafe by Nordstrom rack is excellent in the same mall.
