Perfectly handle a crowd! They clear a line of a good number of people in a matter of minutes, all while smiling and continuing to engage with customers!! Service is quick and best baristas are friendly :) Cozy atmosphere and clean environment!! Also, the space where customers wait to order and wait to pick up their order is small!!
Staff are hit and miss when it comes to greeting you with a smile and friendly demeanor. Their hit and miss approach to customer service is disappointing. I've approached the counter and had to speak first after waiting to see if the barista would even bother to greet me?? Isn't that basic customer service? I expect more from a Starbucks. Consistency in service delivery should be the standard. Oh well.
