My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary. Restaurant was recommended by friends. My steak was very good but my wife's prime rib although tasty had a lot of fat and not at the level she was expecting. Service was great. Not sure for the dollar value we will come back. Again overall had a good experience but not an exceptional one. I would definitely try it if you like the old fashion 1950-1960 steakhouse feel.
The drinks, food and service was excellent. Singing sam was the highlight of our evening. He should be called soulful Sam, his voice was amazing. They definitely know how to cook a steak to perfection! Very very please with everything. Highly recommend steak 38.
This was quite an experience. Steak 38 is attached to a generic motel, the space has no windows, but I guess that's ok because the view wouldn't be great. We had a drink at the bar, most were on the sweet side. Then we sat for dinner. Our waiter, Sam, was the best! We picked the PEI oysters and they were delicious. The table side Caesar salad was perfect. My friend said the crab cakes were the best she's ever had, and she knows her crab cakes. The aged t-bone had...
