Mobile Order supposed to be ready 10:53am but they kept me wait 32 more minutes at the store I got my order 11:25am thats too much to wait order from subway

The employees are not wearing hats while preparing sandwiches. According to New Jersey law, Subway employees who handle food are required to wear a hat or another effective hair restraint, as specified by the state's retail food sanitation code. This regulation also aligns with Subway's corporate policy, which mandates that all sandwich artists wear hats, visors, or bandanas.

I ordered 2 footlong subs, and when I went to pick up them up I received a footlong and what looked like a 6 inch. They assured me that is what the footlong flatbread looks like, but when I got home I could see it was made as a wrap instead. This location gives significantly less ingredients in each sub compared to other locations and I will not be coming back as it is not worth the money.

The service I received from the woman behind the counter was utterly unacceptable. Her disrespectful treatment of a delivery driver was embarrassing to witness, and it clearly impacted the service I received. This negative attitude extended to the quality of the food, which was disappointing.

This location does not honor coupons. When asked, they claimed they did not participate in that service? If they’re operating as a Subway, it baffles me that they do not follow the chain’s national coupons. This policy should at least be explicitly displayed before customers make their orders.
Horrible service dont bother plus the bathroom is not open to the public and that is not right.

I placed an online order for pickup prior to arriving at the location. When I got my sandwich, I was appalled. (see the picture) They refused to remake the sandwich or give me a refund. The lady just told me to call corporate and they refused to do anything about it. I will not be returning.

Who does this little girl think she is not putting enough protein how am I supposed to bulk. I’m never going here again. We didn’t have enough food so we had to tax bite the froyo station. She had this co worker that was a disgrace to the subway

The woman working there was very cheap and stingy in putting in toppings. She put not even half a serving of chicken on my sandwich. She was in a rush to close early. She also tried to overcharge me at the counter. Stay away from this location!!!
