Sugar Factory - Cherry Hill

Rented the semi-private room for our daughter’s sweet 16 for around 20 people. The staff and managers were amazing. They took care of everything and made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend for anyone needing a venue for a similar occasion. The food, atmosphere and service are top-notch.

What an amazing Saturday night with my husband and 3 girls here . The way they catered and took care of my girls was just completely amazing . They can’t wait to go back . The host and servers were great and the whole vibe birthday after birthday had my little party animals so happy . Thank you sugar factory . We will be back !

Designed very nice, but very overpriced. The service was okay. The food was only okay...

Kid-friendliness: There is no Kids Menu. There is lots of candy, and nice decorations. My nephew enjoyed the $26 Rainbow Burgers = 5 Cheeseburger Sliders (No Fries).

Food is terrible, desserts are overkill, and those drinks with the dry ice that the kids want are overpriced and too big. You pay damn near 50.00 just for it to go to waste. Why not have optional sizes?

My family and I normally visit the Atlantic City location but decided on trying the Cherry Hill location since it was closer to home. That was a mistake cause this location does not live up to the Sugar Factory standards! We felt like we were eating dinner at a senior home! Definitely wasn’t the experience we were hoping for!! This location is extremely small, the pink room is only available if you rent it for $500 and the circle booth is $300!

The idea if this place is so cool. We went here on a Tuesday night and there was Hardly any one there. Yet the you would think it was packed with the type if service we received. We were never asked about drinks. She didn't check on our table . Left dirty plates . She would walk right by us when we were trying to get her attention to ask for something. Also I think it's not right how we pay on the tablet and they sit there waiting for us to choose a top amount . It should be less pressure. Will not be back. Not worth the money.

The service is terrible, they saw us with a baby and were not able to give us baby seats and the person at the door was not even there to receive the name of the reservation. I waited a long time for her to arrive and they passed us by and the order was taken at the last minute.

Place was ok. Milkshakes were big and extravagant but the actual toppings for the big ones were cheap less than yummy options. I got the $19 strawberry cheesecake and while the actual milkshake wasn't bad. The cheesecake and cupcake were awful. My daughters rainbow slice cake was bad. She took one bite and didn't eat. And $10 for fries is excessive. I won't be back. Waitress was nice but didn't check on us and was absent the entire time.
