Sugar Factory - Cherry Hill

Went for my daughter's 9th birthday dinner around 4pm. The restaurant was not busy (maybe 5 tables between 3 or 4 servers) but our service was horrendous. We ordered drinks (Pepsi/soda fountain - non bar drinks) that didn't come out until well after our food came out. The waitress seemed frazzled throughout the entire experience. We really only saw her when she took our order as well as when she brought our Togo box and then again about 20 mins later when she finally brought the bill. Overall I do not recommend going for a special event, as it will not meet anyone standards especially for the price.

We came here for my daughter's birthday and her first time here. Although, she loved it & had a great time, & our server Kailyn, food, drinks, service was all amazing but was very disappointed where they sat us. I didn't feel like we were at a restaurant but a candy store. We were also right by the front door which was annoying because people waiting to sit were glaring at us. Definitely need to make that location bigger, there is just not enough seating especially when people come there for celebrations. I would if waited longer to sit where I wanted too, rather than be shoved off into “store”

It's a good special occasion place. Servers and staff were wonderful I will be back. I like it better than AC.

The food was horrible. My husband had a piece of mental from the grill in his food. The manger didn't care much. The waitress brought out the wrong milkshake for my daughter and then we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the correct milkshake while my husband ate his.

Omg, this place was terrible, and expensive. Service was so slow, the price of ice cream was astronomical... I would not recommend this place! I can't even describe the service here.

The service in the beginning needs work. Stood not knowing what to do or who to speak to for a couple minutes and it was filled with children like it was chuck e cheese. The food was brilliant though even tho the drinks were rather pricey. Our server was good. Location seemed more of a banquet hall instead of a restaurant. May visit again.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent for how short staffed they were. Management should appreciate the staff, and should also get more to help them out.

The Sugar Factory was a delectable magical food experience comparable to Disney’s restaurants. The food was not only delicious and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The dessert items were elegantly displayed. The environment and vibes were positive with well designed decor in the large room. I recommend this place as a great place to eat sweet decadent ice cream treats and decorative drinks that will wow your visual taste buds! The staff were informative polite and prompt with the food delivery as well as kind enough to acknowledge birthdays of their patrons Eat here it’s extraordinary and fantastic dining!

We were seated promptly for our 11:30 a.m. reservation. We had to ask for a server to take our drink order. The server was pleasant and took our order. The wait for food to arrive seemed like it took forever. It was probably close to an hour until our entrees arrived. I am thinking the issue was in the kitchen. The restaurant was busy but it appeared there were plenty of servers. I am not sure why it took so long for food to arrive. The food was good once we finally got it!

Had a great time and the aesthetic was very well put together. I would say it was kind of loud because a lot of people bring their kids however our food was like 9/10 🙏🏽

While my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves, I really suffered sticker shock when it came time to the bill ~ I have never paid that much for a 2-person lunch in my life ~ and it didn't include alcohol!! I guess it can be a fun place to celebrate a special occasion, but be prepared to pay a hefty fee.

Will definitely be coming back soon. Everything was awesome. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

The margaritas were strong and delicious. The burgers could’ve been better, but I liked the fries. Our server, Lourdes, was wonderful. I’d go back to try other items again. Every 10 minutes, it seemed the staff was singing happy bday to someone, so it must be a popular spot for that.

I had my Daughter’s 18th birthday and it was pretty dope. Not too much to complain about but some key points.

1- The waiter was awesome and on point (I believe her name was Jamara). Attentive, polite and efficient, especially for a party of 19. She did an excellent job.

2- I wish I knew about the different birthday packages in terms of celebrations but aside from that the only other thing is that the food is honestly Mid. Some menu items are creative and good idea but the execution wasn’t there. All the seafood was over cooked, overall a good place to party and celebrate but food.. ehh

This was a nice place to go. Given the fact we expressed we ere there to celebrate a birthday they were accommodating in singing happy birthday to my son. I like the location it was easy to park. The food was good for teens.
