For the price you're paying, you'd think they'd have the heat on. It was freezing in the which made the food get cold fast once it came out

The service was really good our server john was amazing he was really nice about everything.

Walking in I was a bit worried as the place was empty. No bartender, 3 servers (maybe) and 3-4 tables filled. We ordered sliders, fries and the hot honey sandwich for dinner. The food was ok but NOT for as expensive as it was. The service was again ok. The waitress was less than pleased to be at work. Also the servers were wearing black rubber gloves that looked greasy. Using their tablets, running food and drinks with these gross gloves. We then Ordered 3 shakes. They were impressive to look at but not good for $21. The glasses were 1/2 full and the rest filled with very heavy whipped cream. $200 for a meal that we could have gotten at local any bar. I do NOT recommend. We will not be going back! The ambiance was cool but that did not make up for the rest.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CHERRYHILL....AC's is much better! Only plus is the place looks nice but it's small. The service was terrible if I could give them no stars I definitely would. We sent $520 dollars and did not receive all our food and drinks in a timely manner, which was unacceptable. NOT one manager came over to our table to help or assist with the disfunction. The appetizers and entrees came out to the table at the same time. One appetizer was missing along with two entrees. When it did arrive at the end of service the food was then boxed up to go smh! It was a horrible experience to watch everyone eat around you when we arrived together and sat waiting there for 3 hours. The waiter then proceeded to keep saying 10 mins about 4 times. Happy Birthday was song and still NO food! Also, we had to keep remaining the waitress we did not have our drinks which was ordered first. To top it off when we did not receive the right food the staff began to get upset and did not want to remove items from our bill. The children could hear the staff talking nasty about our table and that we were going to pay because it was cooked. Very unprofessional! They then processed to undo our individual family checks and made us pay as a group which or waitress already had prepared on the tablet, which was petty. ALOT of training needs to be provided at this location as well as hiring experienced management. You really messed up a 7-year old's birthday, and I had family from out of town attend. I was very disappointed, and it was cold in the restaurant. NO kids menu only mon- thur and No kids Mock tails.

My first time here and it was the worst food. My server was amazing. Food was not made how I ordered it. I also was upset because there was hair inside of my napkin that is nasty.

Great experience and atmosphere for kids. Great service. Very good food and drink. A little pricey but worth it. My daughter loved it. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely a terrible experience. We had reservations on New Year's Day and when we got there, it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. The hostess was not pleasant- almost like she was forced to be there. Once seated, we noticed the menus were just regular lunch. We had booked for their Wonderland menu posted online - valid through Jan 4, 2026. The waitress told us that menu was expired. When I pointed her to the website, she discussed with the kitchen staff and came back to let us know that they ran out of most of the ingredients but could still do the sliders. They offered nothing else to accommodate our party of 3 so we took our business elsewhere and had a wonder meal with great service and much less expensive in a nice, warm environment. Don't waste your money or time on this establishment - so many more fun and delicious places in south Jersey!

Way overpriced. Cool place for young girls. Service was below average but most likely because our waitress was bartending, serving and seating people. Not enough employees. Food was just ok and the prices are ridiculous. Will never go back!

It was the first time here for my son and I. We were both excited to go after seeing all the cool pictures of inside decorates and theme foods/ drinks. From the minute we walked in, our waitress acted like we didn't belong there. After we ordered she literally did everything possible to avoid us and would walk by and purposely turn her head to avoid us. We did nothing to her either but get our food. We did not complain about anything nor did we keep bugging her for stuff yet she continued to stay away from us. Yet we watched her walk to her other 2-3 tables and she was so polite to them and asking if they were ok or needed anything. When we were finished eating what we could, waited about 15 minutes to get her attention as she would walk fast past us, so we could get boxes. I asked for a few boxes for ... and wasn't even finished my sentence and she puts down the check and she starts to walk away, so I stop her to ask for boxes (as I'm still in the middle of talking she walks away again). She drops off 2 boxes and 1 cup one for the 2 big milkshakes. We needed more boxes and had to get another waitress to get our waitress for us. Comes over and I ask her for another cup container for the other milkshake and a container for all this (I point to a few things that you could clearly see needed a large box). She brings me over a small box that didn't fit what we needed it for. I am sitting there another 15+ minutes with the check and money to pay and she totally ignores us. Looks over at us multiple times and starts talking to other employees. Mind you there is only us and 2 other tables in there so it was not busy at all. Again after asking another waitress where we pay and get told to pay the waitress, I tell her our waitress is ignoring us. She comes over and I go to hand her the money and I tell her to bring back the change. She walks over to bar. Then after waiting another 10+ minutes I get told that she doesn't have change. Finally I get my change.

Service was super slow, water had a strange taste, refills were not offered for water or ordered drinks(unsweetened tea). Food was sub par along with service, ordered 2 pretzels and a "Christmas" tree appetizer for the table. The pretzels arrived but the "Christmas tree" app came out after our main dishes were served. We asked to pass on the "Christmas tree" app me were told it was not an option. The mains were nothing to write home about, the Grinches Alfredo had a chemical taste to it, the hot Cheeto smashed burger lacked taste and was over greasy, margarita flat bread was rubbery, cheesesteak egg rolls were filled with oily grease, and chicken sliders were flavorless. The only main that was on par was the red sauce platter. All in all the glitz and glamour of the restaurant does not make up for the lack of service and good quality. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I'm sorry to say the experience was not a good one. Sad, because I had been to the one in AC and it was wonderful. We had a large party and the service was slow, the orders got messed up more than once and many of the dishes looked nothing like the beautiful pictures on their menus. Portions were rather small, too. We were all disappointed as it was our holiday dinner get together. Oh well, we went once and we won't return. I will say the server and the manager were very receptive and worked to make good on the errors. We did appreciate that. Perhaps they can right the ship with better training and more, experienced help. I surely hope so.

First I would like to thank the staff for still seeing us even though we arrived late. My family and i celebrated my brothers 16th birthday and we enjoyed our night thanks to the welcoming staff , great food and drinks.

Our server was exceptional She was pleasant,courteous,fun and helpful. I recommend if anyone is looking for a fun festive experience to go and have a good time .

Our experience was great for my 13 y/o daughter's birthday. Jonathan was a fantastic server.
