We came here for my daughter's birthday and her first time here. Although, she loved it & had a great time, & our server Kailyn, food, drinks, service was all amazing but was very disappointed where they sat us. I didn't feel like we were at a restaurant but a candy store. We were also right by the front door which was annoying because people waiting to sit were glaring at us. The service in the beginning needs work. Stood not knowing what to do or who to speak to for a couple minutes and it was filled with children like it was chuck e cheese. The food was brilliant though even tho the drinks were rather pricey. Our server was good. Location seemed more of a banquet hall instead of a restaurant. May visit again.
The Sugar Factory was a delectable magical food experience comparable to Disney’s restaurants. The food was not only delicious and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The dessert items were elegantly displayed. The environment and vibes were positive with well designed decor in the large room.
