I got the squid rice bowl, perilla leave kimbap, and the blue moutain coffee. Everything was delicious and fresh! Everyone was really friendly, I'm definitely going there again.

This place is one of those hidden gems you almost want to keep to yourself, but it was just too good not to share. I had to write this review immediately after eating because the food left us with such an impression. Everything feels homemade, crafted with care by (who I believe are) the owners themselves, a true mom-and-pop shop that adds to the authenticity and warmth.

Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The kimchi and radish were bursting with flavor, and the kimbap? So good we had to order another roll just to take home. This spot is definitely worth seeking out.

Second time here and it was even better than my first visit! I got a little excited and ordered a lot today and everything was delicious. Can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner and i’m looking forward to my next visit already. Very friendly&welcoming staff as well.

Very unassuming place. But the food is great. I ordered the perilla gimbab and squid rice bowl to go. Packed with love and care. Plenty of side dish. It was great.

Worth a road trip if you are craving authentic freshly made Korean cuisine! Fabulous service and the food was amazing. I had the japchae and it was delicious! Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning. Yum!

As we walked in the lady greeted us right away. We sat down but she didn't come so after a bit I went up and grabbed menus. After reviewing the whole menu she finally came to the table to bring the menus. Two guys were there at another table but that was it. They weren't eating, just talking.

The food we ordered wasn't great. I ordered one item but she crossed it off in front of me and said she didn't offer it anymore because it wasn't popular. The sul long tang just tasted like water. It had a few pieces of meat. She brought rice and a small bowl of noodles to add to it. She tells me to add cubed kimchi to the soup to make it taste better but she seemed insecure about the soup. I don't recommend it. The miso soup was just given to each of us and was good. I ordered 2 types of mondu: fried broccoli and shrimp and steamed kimchi. I couldn't taste the shrimp. The kimchi mondu was cool like it wasn't cooked recently but it tasted ok. The sides dishes were good. Mom says the kimchi mondu soup was good. Dad liked the bibimbap but it was on the small side. The spicy japjae had enough spice but needed salt. It was bland and the hard to chew noodles made it hard to enjoy. Maybe the other items on the menu are better but I won't be back.
