TA Chingon Taqueria opened a food truck not long ago at the corner of Burnt Mill and Evesham in Cherry Hill. They serve authentic Mexican food! From tacos Al pastor, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and quesabirria!! I fell in love with the taste right away and so I request their services for catering and I couldn’t be more happy for doing so! They were very attentive, they had an amazing set up for us. I also requested for them to make two Agua Fresca drinks ( Horchata and Jamaica) it was fantastic!! My guests loved the food and drinks!! I’d definitely recommend these guys! After they finish the setup, they gave us extra salsa, onion, cilantro, 2 gallons of the Agua Frescas, and tortillas. They left and after some time they actually came back with more tortillas just Incase we were running low!! This kind of service is PRICELESS!!! Amazing job guys!! Shout out to Yasmín, Luz and Rene!! you guys did an amazing job. You have won a customer for life!! I will definitely be doing catering from you guys again!! Gracias!! ❤️❤️❤️

Food is absolutely amazing, I’d recommend coming here to eat, especially if you’re on the go. The owners are very respectful. There’s more I could go on about but if you’re looking for some good Hispanic cuisine, stop here and give them a try!!

The food itself looks great, service was great they were very helpful when ordering & we were given our food pretty fast. We ordered a birria pizza & pastor tacos, $32.
Only issue is there wasn’t much flavor, both were honestly pretty bland. Again, the food looked really good but the only downside was the flavor.

Honestly, I was excited about a new food truck popping up so close to home. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. I live close by and would love for this place to become a favorite, so I will be leaving a critical review in hopes to see some improvements:
The quesabirria tacos were good, although a bit on the bland side compared with others I’ve had before. I think the consomé was lacking some flavor, or the salsa was just not able to bring it to the next level.
The Al pastor tacos had a weird after taste to them. My wife believes it might be because they use canned pineapples, but it could be something else. It was prominent enough that we actually couldn’t eat them at all. That said, even putting the weird after taste aside, the meat did not have a lot of flavor in general. The salsa didn’t help. I am from Monterrey Mexico though, so I do have high standards for Al pastor tacos. It could just be me.
The steak tacos were decent. Not very flavorful but not bad, and no weird aftertaste. That said, I don’t know what kind of meat they used but it definitely didn’t seem flavorful enough to be called steak. Beef tacos could be more accurate.
Unfortunately, I cannot rate the quesadillas as my kids devoured it. They said it was good though. Take that with a grain of salt though cause well they kids.
We got green salsa with the order. It was not bad but it was also not very flavorful. Sadly, it was not spicy at all either.
If I could provide some advice to the owners, it would be this:
You are competing with restaurants around here like Mariachi San Lucas, AXO, and Tejas Grill. Your prices are not much different either, so you’re at a disadvantage by not having a building. If you’re going to be competitive, you have to raise the food quality. Don’t cheap out on the meat cuts. And come up with more variety of salsas.
