This location is permanently shutdown since COVID started. I am supremely disappointed because it was my first time being introduced to Korean BBQ and Hot Pot. I use to come here at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. Although I’ve eaten at other restaurants like this, none of them have the quality and service that I grew accustomed to at Ten Hot Pot and BBQ. You guys are missed and I hope that someday I’ll be driving past and see a Grand Reopening sign and I will pull right in. Good Luck???

Alright read the negative reviews and pretty much you get a just an idea of. But there was one lady that is sweet and kind. She was the taller one. But their is a short lady that was very sassy and didn’t treat us well to be honest. Like it is an all you can eat. I eat a lot and you give me an attitude like seriously?

I ordered for pick up I got the cheese fries and combo (crabs,shrimp,and crawfish) I decided on the secret crabby spicy. I wasn't really impressed it is spicy but really that's all you get the actually sauce doesn't have much flavor. The shrimp were a decent size you get one cluster and mostly crawfish that's basically most of the combo. I think for $30 there should've been more shrimp at least. The cheese fries were good and they made the order fast. I don't know if I would go back I wasn't really satisfied.

My family got the 1/2 lb seafood special along with wings and calamari and it was all SCRUMPTIOUS. I highly recommend adding corn broccoli and potato to the special, the spices flavor make the veggies so tasty

I love going Ten. I have gone here many times. You look at the menu, order what you want and they bring it to your table. They do tend to forget items if you order a lot, which is weird since they write it down, sometimes. Food is fresh with lots of variety. Sushi and shashimi are included in hotpot/BBQ. Sauces do look like they have been picked over, but you get a huge variety. The Korean BBQ if my favorite. I only ever get hot pot. The spicy is really good and you can customize your level of spicy too. I wish they gave you a ladle with the holes in the bottom for all hot pot, as well as, the tongs. So much easier for removing. You can get the big hot pot or the small individual one. Overall great place with plenty of parking. Can't wait for COVID to ease up so I can go again.

Great selection, food is fresh. Can cater to a variety of rates. Only complaint is that you cannot make reservations for smaller groups and the wait on some weekend nights can be hours long. Also, sauce bar is a little sloppy but I'd blame that partially on the patrons

I will give five stars for this one.It is the best in South Jersey.Hot pot + sushi + bbq for $31 per person (dinner) is not a bad price.The meat was fresh so was the fish they use for sushi.For the bbq, our favorite meat dish was Angus fatty beef, black pork, and premium pork belly.For the hot pot, our favorite meat dish was fatty beef and lamb. We ordered the special rib broth, it was pretty decent. Comparing to other hot pot restaurants, the broth might not win but it is still good.
