The Cheesecake Factory is always a solid choice. I love the variety of appetizers and the wide selection of cheesecakes, there’s truly something for everyone. The service is always great. It’s a reliable spot when you want good food, lots of options, and a good dining experience.

This CCF located in Cherry Hill has been so consistent as far as quality and taste of the food. And that has not been my experience with others. For example, the stuffed mushrooms at this location are great everytime. Having the same thing at the CCF in King of Prussia, not good at all, both in presentation and taste. Or in comparison to the CCFs at Millennia Mall in Orlando, or at Aventura Mall in Miami, which are a hit and miss. This CCF IN Cherry Hill beats them all hands down as far as taste, quality and presentation.

The food, service and atmosphere were very nice. I had lunch with my friend and we both enjoyed it. The cheesecakes are amazing! So hard to pick just one! Our waitress was very nice and got us all we needed and checked on us regularly. I definitely recommend this Cheesecake Factory!

I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and tried the mac and cheese balls, zucchini fries, and teriyaki salmon. The mac and cheese balls were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside—very comforting and flavorful. The zucchini fries were light, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce, making them a great starter.

The teriyaki salmon was the highlight of the meal—perfectly cooked, flaky, and coated in a sweet and savory glaze that wasn’t overpowering. The portion sizes were generous, as always, and the food was served hot and fresh.

Cheesecake of Short Hills Needs to take notes from Bar Tender Josh. I went to Cheesecake in Short Hills last week and my experience was horrible. However in Cheery Hill - Service was excellent! Food was great. Will be back. Service was 10/10. Jamaican Chicken was absolutely excellent. But Bartender Josh made my experience 10000/10. Will be back.

The wait time was surprisingly brief, ten minute wait for a holiday was fantastic. The food is a bit over priced and mediocre, the chicken Parm pizza style used to be amazing, now it's mediocre at best, thin as a board with no cheese and slightly odd taste. The portions were smaller than prior years. The waitress was extremely cheerful,courteous, friendly and fast. This place has declined as time has progressed.

We had such an amazing experience at The Cheesecake Factory thanks to our server (so sorry we forgot his name!). He mentioned he’s been with the company for about 5 years, and it definitely showed. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, kind, and attentive the entire time. He made sure we had everything we needed and really went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. The service truly stood out and made our experience even better. He was amazing—thank you for such great service! 😊
