The Cheesecake Factory

We had a party of 10. The waitress came over and never introduced herself. She took our drink orders. Ten minutes later she brought only 3 to the table, she then went to another table to refill their drinks. Five minutes later she brough the rest of our drinks. The bread came out at the same time, enough for the entire table. Our meals came out 15 minutes later 2 plates at a time spread apart. Ten minutes later I received only a burger, I asked where were my fries she said that they were coming. I am not sure why my plate was brought out separately. My burger was shaped weird and over cooked. They ended up making me another one. The other two burgers at our table were overcooked as well. The food wasn't seasoned at all. There were a lot of gnats flying around while we ate. We opted out of dessert and left.

The food takes too long to arrive, the salmon was not well cooked, the shrimp were salty. The bathrooms are very dirty.

The food was ridiculously overpriced for the quality. The food lacked seasoning and went cold not too long after my food got to my table.

Love this place

The servers here are friendly, efficient, and helpful! They are always ready to go if you are on a limited timeline and have great meal pacing in general. The atmosphere is classy and warm like any cheesecake factory. I particularly appreciate that they take reservations through the app now. Its great to cut out the wait times! They also offer a free piece of cheesecake through the rewards program for birthdays. Overall, it is a great spot for a delicious meal and nice evening out!

We can't speak on atmosphere but the food we had dashed was horrendous. Our containers weren't closed all the way and sauce was all over the bag and everything we got was horrendous. We only took a few bites and threw the rest away. The only thing finished was the street corn ribs and they were okay. Tried to get a refund through doordash, but we all knew that wouldn't work. I'm glad other people like the food but this was a big no for us.

Service was very slow the food ok. But the cheesecake was 5 star.

Excellent as always. Love it here, huge menu.

The food is always good but there is poor communication between kitchen and wait staff. A lot of mistakes and forgetting things.

My fiancée treated me to a lunch date here. I haven't been to this location in years. And I'm glad that this location is still going strong. When we arrived the front desk has our reservation in order and seated us quickly. It was very busy given we are a few days from Christmas. My only issue was we were not assigned a waiter. We ended up waiting 10 mins after we had our menus. I wanted to get up and ask the front desk but, a waiter named Jim took the initiative and apologized for the mistake. He was attentive, polite, and understood what questions we had. The food, drinks, and appetizers came out fresh and quick. Jim made sure to check on us from time to time. He made our dining experience comfortable. I definitely sent a compliment for him for his service to the company.

TERRIBLE !!! Went there for a table of 8 and said it would be 1hour and 30min wait . Cool no biggie … ENDED UP BEING a 3 hour wait and they kept telling us that they were almost done and kept sitting bigger party’s in seats before us !! And said we couldn’t make reservations prior to coming and said we had to walk in !
