It’s taken me a few weeks to write this, but our waiter Brandon was exceptional! He was super helpful, patient, and friendly. He was so knowledgeable about the menu items and helped answer all our many questions! He gave great recommendations too and was very personable and we even got to chatting about our personal interests :) my friends and I were having a girls night and loved our time because of Brandon! Thank you so much, Brandon!!

I went to this location on Thursday 4/25/24 about 7 pm we was seated and no one approached to offer us water or bread! We sat for over 20 mins and still no one approached us to take our order. I feel like we was being discriminated against! The other ppl that was sitting on each side of us (even the ones sitting in back of me was getting service! We watched the waiters nd waitresses even go back to tables that was already being served multiple times! Then that’s when I decided to go elsewhere! Y’all need to really do better Thais use to be my favorite restaurant but yesterday reminded me not to ever go back!

Had the delicious shrimp tacos for dinner, my husband had the steak Diane Tuesday night. I was so impressed by the service. Our waitress Frankie greeted us with a smile and attended to our every need. We’ll definitely be returning and ask for Frankie!

Just saying, if you're gonna charge 17 for a Manhattan, you can at least stir, not shake, and add a good cherry to it, or even a lemon twist over the fireball red ones.Edit 4/23: My drink was excellent this time around and they got the Luxardo cherries now. :)

I should have known it was going to be a horrible food experience when our appetizer came with whatever this sauce is supposed to be.We ordered the Pasta Da Vinci (it had been left under the heat lamp so the sauce dried out before it got to our table)The kids fettuccine Alfredo was NOT seasoned. I don’t mean it needed a little salt, I mean it had absolutely no flavor.Shrimp fettuccine alfredo, ALSO no seasoning, and the shrimp had been brutally overcooked.But the worst dish of all was the eggs Benedict, (refer to the oily custard in the picture.)I have never seen Hollandaise that is reminiscent of half-melted lard.Now, I normally wouldn’t post a review, but Cheesecake Factory is charging SO MUCH MONEY to allow the food quality to be so low.Want to go out for a date night, family lunch? Spend your money elsewhere!!!

This experience was everything I needed it to be. Our servers name was BJ he was very attentive. Our drinks were never empty, he checked on us several times and the main thing ALL of our food was correct! His demeanor was professional and pleasant. This experience has definitely made me rate this location the best thus far. We had 3 salads, stuffed mushrooms,Flatbread pizza, chili shrimp, Buffalo blast chicken, Thai lettuce wraps, Mexican eggrolls and 3 slices of cheesecake and no complaints.

The lunch special... Sandwich, soup and salad was wonderful... The shrimp and Chicken gumbo could hv eminated from Norleans, just delicious... Service was wonderful..Cinnabon cheesecake found it's way home and the joy continued thru out the day... Change nothing.
