I love coming here for a quick bite the staff are always helpful and friendly. The food is great and they are always aware of my allergies I can’t have any dairy so I always request my sourdough without butter because that’s what it normally comes with (I feel like everyone knows this it’s common sense 😅) and I’ve never had any issues with this place.

The person behind the counter knew very little about allergens while I was ordering. Every item asked about, she said “do you want me to go ask?” Yes, yes I do, I don’t want to eat my allergen. The food still came with butter on it despite repeatedly saying no dairy.

Glad I checked the website before I ate the bread. I spoke with the chef rather than the cashier and she helped get me a plain sandwich.

Habit burger, why do you have all your breads fully typed out as they are on the allergen menu, but “Sourdough WITH butter” is truncated? This is asking for someone to make a mistake.

I checked my food before I ate, but if I hadn’t I would have been hospitalized.

In ordered Charburger on DoorDash, wonder who would call it a burger if it doesn’t have bun in it lol

Don't u know they offer a 50/50 french fry/onion ring bag! Both were very good, I also had the hamburger, delicious!! Will be my go to every time I need a burger!!

Good, fresh chargrilled burgers with a nice set of options for toppings. The vegetarian option is also good - it’s a mix of soy protein and a garden/veggie patty. Fries are fine (not great). I appreciate that the restaurant is always clean and well-staffed and there is good seating. Also plenty of parking. A good stop when you’re running errands.
