stopped today been here several times before. I just picked up some bagels and whitefish salad. I think they sold me day old bagels. They were horrible fell apart when I cut it and barley had any poppy or everything season on them. So disappointed and I went in at 930 when they opened.

A tried and true Jewish Deli that has stood the test of time. Consistently great food and quick service. Great concise menu with all the delicatessen classics with their Kibbitz touch. This is THE deli in the area, hands down. Have been here a hundred times and will continue to return, friends and family agree.
I had a friend bring me chicken salad. Tonight when I went to eat amongst the chicken salad there was some fat and skin attached to the chicken. I called and spoke to the manager and was told "we've never had that problem". I explained I'm incapacitated and can't drive after he told me to put it in the fridge. I said it will be months before I could drive. His response was there's nothing he could do when all I really wanted was $2.00 back on a small container that was $9.35. Not good PR

Very very disappointed. I brag on this place at my job. We placed an ordered through door dash. Spent over 90 dollars. My pastrami sandwich on a hoagie roll was dry no mustard. Very little meat and not even warm. The Reuben was fatty. Missing sauerkraut on the hot dog. No napkins three ketchups for two orders or fries. When I called the attitude was so what. Call door dash maybe they will give you a credit. I asked her if door dash made the sandwich. I’m so tired of paying good money and not getting what I want. I DONOT MIND PAYING. So many places no longer care about service or good food. Kibitz I’m so DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. I really loved your food.

The Kibitz Room is a fantastic, authentic Jewish Delicatessen. The pastrami and every other delicacy is outstanding — on par with any deli in NYC. Sandy, the owner, is a wonderful hostess and you won’t be disappointed. Six star rating if I could give it.

I walked in at 6:50 tonight to be shot down!! I’m sorry our slicing machine is shut down already… thats a crappy way to turn a customer down!! Especially when they now have serious competition less than a mile away… I won’t be back and it sucks that word of mouth advertising will hurt them… they should have accommodated me…

The food was good, service need’s to be better. We had a party of 3, they said sit any where. The tables were 2 person tables, we had to push 2 tables together. I ordered a half of sandwich, she brought a whole. We ordered soup, we weren’t even half way done our soup and she brought our sandwich out. My wife ordered hot pastrami on a roll with melted cheese, the pastrami was cold and they put cold cheese on it. It seamed like our waitress was in a hurry and was not listening.
