Our waitress was the sweetest and they have some really unique menu items. I’d say their sweet choices are better than the savory but we enjoyed everything we had. Cornbread French toast was particularly sublime! The French press Kona coffee was a great start to the day. My one small complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes. My coffee mug had a visible red lipstick stain, my water glass had food particles on it and one of my plates was dirty. Just a small critique there. The space is nice open and not stuffy. And I noticed a good amount of foot traffic overall!

I literally just ended the worst phone interaction with a general manager at Turning Point. The very nice waiter (old man said he’s been recommending this omelette for over 7 years) told my husband this omelette was “To die forrrrr”, so my husband tried it. My husband has been vomitting and having diarrhea ever since 3/14/81, my birthday! I called and spoke to general manager, Lindsey and she was so dismissive, insensitive and rude. She said ,”Well it couldn’t have been from the omelette because the shrimp it’s precooked!” I asked her if the shrimp are cooked again before going into the omelette for temperature concerns. She said no! Then proceeded to say , “I don’t don’t what you want me to do!” I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN. And if you wanna live you wouldn’t either.

Food is great but worse experience ever, we were sitting there for 30 minutes nobody took our order or give a cup of water, the place wasn’t that busy they only had 4 tables with 6 servers. They went up to two tables 2 times if they are ready to order, but they didn’t even take the time to go to our table, I love going there food is great but customer service was really bad this time! You should take care of every customer that goes there

Ample parking. Had waffles here. The waffle I received was a little burnt. 3/5 stars for the waffles. Ice chai drink was not worth the $5.00. Skip the iced chai and order coffee. If you haven’t been here, then give it a try. It’s better than McDonald’s. Otherwise try a different breakfast place.

Worst Turning Point experience. Waitress was clueless and rude. While ordering one of the combos, I told her I wanted the mixed greens as the side. She gave me a look and said, "What?" with a smirk.

I pointed out the menu and showed her exactly what it said. She was annoyed as if she had never heard of it. It wasn't a special request. It was clearly on the menu.

Brought out our food, scrambled eggs were completely dried out and looked like they used scraps from someone else's order.

When I asked for a box for the toast, she said ok then never brought one. I had to remind her that when we paid the check for a box.

Towards the end of our meal, she kept walking by giving us annoyed looks, I guess we didn't inhale our food fast enough. There were other tables around us who were there much longer eating than we were.

Definitely not returning to this location.

We received a gift card from our family to dine here for breakfast. The service was fantastic and the french press jamaican coffee medium roast was great. The western omelette was not great. The portion size was fine but there was barely any ham and the onions they used were purple and I hate those in omelettes. I would not return unless I was in the area. The local diners are ten times better.

I enjoy this breakfast spot, I haven’t had a bad experience here and the food is good. I would recommend something sweet rather than something savoury as they have better sweet stuff. I really like the cinnamon rolls, the coconut vanilla coffee. They also have some great French press coffee that I strongly recommend.
