Update for tkk: Tried the tkk chicken recently. It was okay, pretty small for the price, probably would not get it again. Liked the kwakwa bao though.

Pretty sure it's because they didn't wipe the cups rim so when they put the plastic seal lid on it, it doesn't seal well. Makes it leak if you tip the drink. And a sticky cup.
That said, I haven't had a poorly sealed cup in probably at least a few months from here. (As of 2/20/2024)
Mango creamsicle is pretty good.

Made a stop along my road trip to grab a quick drink here because I saw they closed at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:50 and the workers had already cleaned up, put everything away and turned their open sign off. I walked in and was told they were closed. Maybe change the sign if you do not want to follow the posted hours.

If I’m rating this place on the bubble and milk tea alone, I give it a 4/5. It too bad. Not 5 stars “the best” but still very good. If I’m rating it on the food, I would give it a 3/5. The chicken and fries were hyped up to me before I ate there, but they were just ok. The fries seemed a bit soggy. I was told the fried chicken sandwich was as good as Chick Fila’s, but it was not nearly as good (and I don’t think Chick Fila has the best chicken sandwich in the world either, so that’s not even my bar). I will say the atmosphere was nice. Lots of seating and good for a big group. Nice for families to get something quick. Probably a fun place for teens to hang out after school (if they’re willing to pay for something). The service was fine enough… a couple of bored teenagers who were friendly enough if you asked them a question. I’m sure that varies on whoever works there, but it’s not like the owner is there to show you around the place.

Spicy Chicken sandwich here use to be good but not anymore. They don't mix the spices well. Every bite is too salty and you bite a bulk of spice. My family and friends will not go there again.
