Wonderful atmosphere. Kind service. But what defines service, really? A person fills your glass with water, takes your order and brings your food. And that requires a tip. Stupid. Management - include gratuity in your check - don't leave it to the Customer to pay a tip otherwise guess what? Nothing you do justifies a Customer paying more money. Tip for what? Sympathy because you pay servers a low wage? Not my problem. Learn how to run a business.
Second issue - the pricing - for pasta, broccoli and mushrooms - you charge $35, more than pasta and chicken. So broccoli and mushrooms are more expensive than chicken? And the red sauce tasted horrible. Rao's sauce from Shoprite is 100x better.
You lost a customer. Take the feedback with a grain of salt. The foods needs it too.

I’ve been here twice and I got the same meal both times because it was just that wonderful - Caesar salad and champagne pear sachetti. That pasta is so wonderful, It’s a dinner and dessert all wrapped in one. It scored mediocre on service because, both times, the wait staff wasn’t very attentive (even on a not-so-busy Christmas Eve lunch) nor did they actually listen to our requests when accommodating a baby/toddler. Definitely would leave the kids at home coming to this restaurant.

The food was ok but the prices are outrageous. My husband food was ice cold, my sons meatballs were obviously store bought and frozen, the pasta for the chicken parm looked like it sat under the heat lamp for hours, it was dried up and looked old. My steak was ok, was cooked to my liking. The waiter was very nice and super attentive. The hostess could've care less that she was working.
my family and I dined here on new years day .... was not real busy I was surprised... the food was excellent and the staff was a little slow to start but once they had taken our orders everything was delicious, my daughter said the chicken parm was better then any other local place we dine at . the only issue I have is the music originally was so loud you had to really talk loud at our table and it took away from the experience ... we did ask if they could lower it a little and they accommodated the request and it was perfect after that ... I have a friend in the restaurant industry as the CFO of a large chain and in discussion he said nation wide the number 1 complaint at restaurant's is the music is too loud, he mentioned it supposed to compliment the mood and not over take it .. all in all we will be back ...
We went on New Year's Eve and had a very nice experience. It was festively decorated with a warm and cozy ambiance. We did have a bit of a wait but that is expected for a holiday reservation. My husband had the branzino and I had the grilled octopus. Both were delicious.
Dinner on NYE. Seafood manicotti and seafood risotto special were delicious. Server was friendly and attentive on a very busy night. Holiday decorations were beautiful.
Fantastic upbeat bar with the Best Espresso Martini. Meat and cheese charcuterie board well worth the money. Seven fishes special menu excellent. Best bartenders and wait staff in the area!
I order the Fiery spicy chicken meal and it had no spice in it at all as the chef must have forgotten to add it to the dish and it was very disappointing to pay $25 for a meal that was not as god or as expected. I don't send food back because it is supposed to be right the first time by the executive chef. My son ordered the chicken parmigiana and his meal was very good. I have been to this Toscana location before and will not be coming back. Management needs to be 100% sure that all meals sent out by the kitchen staff are completed properly the first time.
Beautiful, great food. Outdoor seating is lovely and recent trip with Christmas decorations was super beautiful

Very disappointed. Ordered the $54.50 veal chop that was supposed to come with asparagus but didn’t. Instead, they topped it with arugula and never bothered to say anything to me. Milanese style was bland.
