Rude owner and staff. I was told the bathroom was “out of service,” but after I placed an order, it suddenly became available. It felt dishonest and unwelcoming. The overall attitude was off, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t return and would not recommend this place.

I mean i am speechless. Everything 10/10. pickup, atmosphere, the cake and Croissant, presentation, flavors and quality absolutely 10/10. Wife is happy and loved everything. Last but not least this is perfection in sweetness this is the sweetnes level you want in bakery products.

I was there last Wednesday and there were 2 girls behind the counter. One making a drink. I waited. I was at the register. They saw me and made eye contact. Still no one greeted me so I left and doubt I will be back. I don’t go places where I’m treated less than. I hope there’ll be some training for those young ladies in the future. However, the two times I was there prior, although I had a bit of a wait the staff was friendly for the most part and made my drink well.

The girl with the hijab gives wonderful customer service, the best barista, i only go when she is there to get the best coffee and the best customer service one can get, she is also the only one that’s very knowledgeable of the ingredients and would recommend what to avoid if you have allergies or religious reasons.

One of the workers was talking to someone and ignoring me the whole time. I was standing there for a while after I payed and she had still not packaged my cake slice. I had to come back the next day. Very bad customer service and her attitude was dismissive and rude as well.

Absolutely terrible customer. One worker was very inattentive and took very long on my order. It was hard to tell because of the hijab but she was definitely on a call ignoring me. I could just tell she had a bad attitude. Not to mention, the food quality has gone down. I am very disappointed.

I love this place! No matter where I go, the taste is always consistent. It’s always good and delicious. Most of the menu items taste great, so you really have to try everything.
First time i tried their cappuccino coffee. And it's not bad at all. I also love the cakes here, they’re a must-have and never disappoint.
Overall, a reliable spot for anyone who loves tasty food and sweet treats.

I love this bakery!! I love the curry croquets, the kimchi croquets, the milk bread, the cream filled croissants, the croque monsieur, the garlic butter buns, and most of all I LOVE THE CLOUD CAKES! They are the best cakes I've ever eaten with a flavorful sweet icing that does actually feel like a cloud in your mouth. 😋 ☺️ If I lived closer I would be here every day! 10/10 ❤️

This is my first time buying a cake from Tours Le Jours. I ordered a cake online for Thanksgiving and when I walked in the bakery to pick up my cake I was shocked to see the same cake I paid for in advance on the Tours Le Jours website was $10.00 higher than the cake in the bakery case.
This business charges customers higher prices without stating it on their website when ordering online vs. ordering in person.

I asked the staff why did I pay 50.00 online and the price is 40.00 in the case? She said when customers order cakes online they are charged extra fees added from Door Dash. I ordered a cake for pick up NOT delivery.

The staff person said to me that customers are charged extra if they order online and it is always cheaper to come in and order face to face.
It is not clearly stated that ordering cakes for pick up on Tours Le Jours website utilizes Door Dash.
No where during the ordering process does it specify that additional fees are being added as a result of ordering a cake online.
Why was I charged $10.00 extra to pick up a cake?
This is an unfair way to treat customers and a deceptive way to conduct business. Especially during Thanksgiving when people order baked goods in advance in case the bakery sells out.
