Sold my family stale cake and refused to change it or refund

It is my absolute favorite spot! Their cakes are nothing short of perfection—always moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated.Tried them all and waiting on different flavors.
I can never resist their croissant; they strike the perfect balance between crispy and buttery. Their variety of latte flavors is another highlight—each cup is crafted with care and brimming with rich, comforting flavors.
The staff here are consistently friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience.

Being new to Cherry Hill, and Korean, it’s nice to see some of the things that I love so close by. I just celebrated a milestone birthday in the midst of a massive move and this delicious green tea cake was just what I needed. The fruit was extra fresh! I used to have to always drive out at a minimum 30 minutes to get to a TLJ. Now, it’s 5 minutes away which is fantastic. Food is always fresh, and worth the extra for quality and consistency! Great coffee!

I ordered birthday cakes (cloud cakes with fruits ) here in the past two years. Everything was very good. The reason I took one star away for the service was that I told the staff specifically how to print my daughter’s name but it still came out wrong. Otherwise everything was very good.

We have been going to this Korean bakery numerous times over the last three years. Unfortunately, the quality has been declining. They don’t have as many products as before, and they seem to sell items that are not fresh. For example, their rice donuts and croquettes are often so stale that they’re almost inedible.

In addition, their cake selection has become too limited compared to other stores. They used to have a large variety of cakes, similar to other competitors such as Paris Baguette in Philadelphia.

Their cake quality is also inconsistent. For example, I recently ordered their sweet potato cake (which had to be ordered two weeks in advance), and I was disappointed. The cake was so soggy that it felt more like a lump of sweet potato mousse than a cake (see photo). They used to make quite a nice sweet potato cake. I really don’t know what happened to this bakery.

It is a pity that this is the only Korean bakery franchise in the Cherry Hill area. As a Korean native, it is really sad to see this store going downhill. Their quality and variety are becoming less and less like genuine Korean Tous les Jours stores as time goes by.

My very first time visiting because I heard great reviews about this bakery. When I got there around 11:30am and saw they have Portuguese egg tarts(Paris Baguette is 20x better), they only have 2 so when I am abt to pay I ask if they had more they said that’s it. I bought some milk cream bread very soft and it was just ok. Chocolate avalanche-the pastry is not flaky at all.
Sweet Purple Potato & Garlic Cream Cheese(I bake this one from home so I will see how they taste ) I still have to try tomorrow u will update this one.

Where the pastry are kept it was kinda hard ro open and close. I was goin to grab some hotdog frank buns but I had the hard time getting it and it seems the people that worked there are not that much helpful at all. It’s like they did not want to be there at all.

I’m going back to my Paris Baguette as a customer. Sorry but not so sorry Tous Les Jours I tried liking your pastries but did love it so muchZ

I picked up a cake for a coworker’s birthday. Each cake comes with candles with a match and a cake cutter. Absolutely perfect for the occasion!

The cake frosting is nice and light. Highly recommend for people seeking less sweet treats!
