My experience felt like I was judged from the start. If you’re black you’ll get pat down like you’ve just been arrested. All the way down to my socks. Be told to ‘stop moving’ during it like a criminal. Have everything in your bag questioned and taken out. And be told if they find anything you won’t be let in. My white friend however didn’t have any of those warnings told to her. Barely was touched during her ‘pat down’. Was just grazed on her arms and stomach. Only had to open one zipper of her bag with no questions asked of her. And nothing being taken out for examination. That guard showed her apparent bias (borderline racism) that night which made me feel so uncomfortable. Train your joke of security what you do to one, you do to all or not at all. The two times I’ve been here this place either has low turnouts and/or an older crowd anyway. Definitely not worth feeling like you’ve committed a crime just to enter the door.

This is a nice spot, drinks are overpriced but if you are out with your friends who cares. Plenty of setting, good music selection, and a lot of security which I like a lot. If you go after 11pm you will have to pay a cover charge.

The vibes were great the bartender was great!!! but expect to leave by 11:30pm they start asking you to “wrap it up” meanwhile online says they close at 12… lmao a little bit of a vibe kill but overall it was good.

Train your security unless you want a lawsuit! Spraying PEPPER SPRAY on customers who've paid for sections, drinks & food is absolutely DISRESPECTFUL!!! Its packed . For our first time visiting this was a SHOCK. We were making our exit when we got sprayed with pepper spray tonight. Absolutely rude, impatient & unprofessional

first off they have this security for the female that’s literally grabbing your vagina as if they are sexually assaulting you gripping your vagina so tight, me & my friends went into Vera at 1:30am ordered a hooka got the hookah at 1:48am which was $60 spending $300 all together they kicked us out at 2:00am we wanted to finish our hookah wasn’t allowed so we asked for a refund since we didn’t get a chance to smoke our hookah they caused a big issue calling the police this man right here works at Vera my friend was recoding the police & he took my friend phone causing it to shatter she had to press charges and call her lawyer for a law suit, Vera will do all illegal things like ask for $100 if you don’t have a ID he even told me before if I go home with him he will let me in without my ID my friend had to press charges this is a screenshot from the full video of this man throwing my friend phone.

I and a group of friends were turned away yesterday! They claim they saw someone drink in the car . We drove an hour to come and were immediately judge when we walked up. Manager was very rude. I come here all the time and spend hundred of dollars and to be treated like that I will never come again and support this business. They lost me as a customer
