Vito's Pizza

I picked up the #4 special from Vitos yesterday and it was a really great deal, under $100, for 2 pizzas, 2 hoagies and 50 wings. I ordered it the day prior and it was ready the next day on time without any mistakes. The food was very good.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Do it. The all time best. Actual shredded cheese and loads of hot sauce and actual blue cheese. There’s no other pizza in the area like it. The staff is so sweet and they treat their regulars and customers so well. I love this place. Will be a customer for life.

Vito's is normally our go-to for pizza. I was very disappointed with our food this time. The pizza and onion rings arrived cold, even though we live about two miles away. We ordered two large pizzas: one with extra cheese and half pepperoni and one with the works but half with the onions and peppers and the other half just meat. Clearly the pizza was hot when it was boxed, because all the cheese and pepperoni slid to the one side of the half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Who knows what happened in the delivery guy's car. On the "the works" I ordered half without the veggies and it appears the chef just put the veggies that would have gone on the whole pizza on just one side. This made the pizza extra soggy and a terrible flavor combination as the peppers dominated the flavors. There was little to no sauce on either pizza. Finally, and this maybe just preference, but the sausage on the works was sliced horizontally into big long slices, not into circles or crumbles as is normal to expect on a pizza. It was very odd and hard to eat. I have had the works and other pizzas from Vitos before and they are usually very tasty. Today was not that day.

Not sure why paying customers can't get a free cup of tap water, comes off as stingy.
