No good work ethics, can't follow simple customer needs in a order. You have to ask for ketchup, napkins and a damn straw. Junior cheese burgers don't come with bacon on it! Hope someone actually reads these reviews and take them seriously. 2025 and your still can't get it right Wendys location

Gm that location needs to be fire he don’t train is worker wash there hands or wear hair bonet smh 🤦♀️ I don’t eat there no more have win worked cough over fries as no respect for customers that place need real manager to operate that location too much mistake on order just a lot I wish they train theee staff to clean bathrooms just nasty 🤮 there

This review is for all the franchises the grilled chicken wrap is terrible!!!!! The crispy chicken wrap should be bought back.!!!!!! And should be on the menu indefinitely.!!!!!!

I had the worst experience on my way to work stopped by to get something quick. I waited in line for 30 minutes and I get it it's busy but acknowledge the person say we running behind or it's gonna be awhile anything. Customer service sucked

I had the food delivered. I ordered two small hamburgers and one small fries and one medium and a coke. The food was soggy and cold. I will never order from this Wendy’s again.

I shouldn't eat fast food, but it was convenient. I was in and out.
I ordered on the app a medium fries and a large chocolate frosty. I pulled up to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order gave the info. They told me to pull up to the window they asked me again for the order information and I told them. They handed me my bag with my fries in it and my frosty. What they handed me was the wrong size so I pulled into a parking spot thinking maybe I goofed and did order a small nope I checked the receipt and I ordered a large one. So I walked inside to fix it holy cow it was crazy in there if didn’t seem like anyone knew what they were doing even the manager was scattered brained. I finally got to the register and I had to wait till the manager and the guy doing the orders got things figured out. I finally got my large frosty. But holy cow it was like the blind leading the blind.

They won’t listen at all to your food requests. I have child that is lactose intolerant I always ask for 5 dollar deal but his burger has to be just bun and plain meat and this is the third time I go and they just won’t listen. They get smart on the drive thru and tell me they got it and when I get home the burgers have cheese on them. Is a shame that they won’t listen to customers.

They were very sweet. The guy who handed me my food was considerate enough to apologize for the tiny bit of coffee that had pooled in the coffee cup's lid. The food was hot and newly prepared. Definitely go to this Cherry Hill location. Mind the roundabout!!!
Vegetarian options: You can get a salad or apple slices. There are baked potatoes and french fries.
Parking: It's a parking lot attached to the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped spaces and there's a ramp.
