I don't think the pandemic sunk them - it was poor quality and service. When they first opened, they were OK, but JUST OK. Went there a few more times, and each time the service got worse, and ultimately, the last few times my burgers were not cooked to order When burgers are a part of your name, you should damn well get them right every single time. Stopped going a couple of years ago. Too bad... the concept had potential, but it never lived up to it.

The food is always fast, & the beer is always cold.. I always get the breakfast burger and substitute the kobe burger for turkey patty instead. My favorite spot on sundays for 1/2 off selected menu items, like the sweet potato fries !!

Zinburger offers a great all around menu. You can get a great burger and fries or get a nice healthy salad. The staff is friendly but it can take a little while to get your food.

I go here quite often as I live right around the corner. Nice place, good vibe. One tip - the burgers are ground fresh so order a level above what you normally would (they tend to undercook a little), and then when it comes, let it rest for a few minutes, otherwise you'll have grease everywhere. WAY larger burger than Shake Shack and better quality for the money. Good Sweet Potato Waffle fries as well.

This was a convenient place to grab a drink and a burger but unfortunately they have closed for good because of COVID-19. The interior has been stripped and the phone line disconnected and there's a padlock on the door. Hopefully the next tenant has some staying power

Been here once awhile ago and wasn't pleased. Returned again with higher hopes, but ending with the same results. I'm all in for a good a** burger, but disappointed in quality and taste despite the various options they offer. Beef Patty lacked in seasoning, but overwhelmed in greasiness. The fries were decent though. I can't recall the drinks. I don't think I even finished it. Overall, the bill does get hefty. Zinburger takes the first place spot for taking my money for a burger that's not even worth the price. Than adding fries/side is additional as well as drinks. No combos here. If you're up for a debate on something better and more pocket friendly, Shake Shack is right around the corner.

Good food, good service. What more could you ask for? Oh, and their VIP program is also very nice. One tip for you if you've either never been there before or if you're not already a member of their VIP program: download the Zinburger app and register for the program BEFORE your (next) visit so you can get credit for your visit. Otherwise you'll need to wait a day before you can get credit for your visit. It's just a minor annoyance.
